New Gummy Bear Tear Drop Silicone Impants - anyone have them?

Well it looks like my revision surgery will be Aug 26th and my PS will be switching my smooth round style 20 550cc for the Allergan 410 anatomical. Already getting a bit anxious for this surgery with hopes it corrects the divots/ripples I have
-
Cateyz2- So glad you got a date and hoping the revisions will help with the ripples, etc. Can't wait to hear what you think of the 410s!! I am anxious to see what my PS recommends for me at my pre-op on July 22nd...counting the days!

Hi all! - just found this thread. At my pre-op yesterday my PS recommended Natrelle 410 anatomicals MF640 or MF580. I'm currently in TE's filled to 570cc's - a little bigger than I was "before." My TE's are over the muscle and my implants will be over the muscle as well, of course. My PS used Alloderm for the pocket and will be inserting them using new incisions in the lower part of the breast. I'm so glad to hear the mostly positive comments here. My chest has some major indentations from my BMX so I am hoping it will help fill in those areas and would like to have some cleavage and upper pole firmness. I used to have very dense breasts so I don't think the firmness will bother me. I'm scheduled for my exchange next week and am very nervous!!!
-
bc101- How exciting to have your pre-op appointment! You will have to let us know what you think of the 410s. Next week will be here before you know it!

Question for you or anyone here....did you and / or your PS plan on using the anatomicals right from the start? Whippetmom said that my TE's are not setup for it - my TE's are round and so the pocket size does not match the size of the planned implants (too big), so I'm thinking this may not work?
-
BC - my PS planned from the beginning on using the Allergan 410 anatomical implants. I don't know if the TEs you have might change your options. Like most other women I've read about, my implants are sub muscular so its a totally different game. Please let us know how it goes.
-
BC101-
Currently I have the allergan rounds style 20 and will be going at the end of august to switch to the 410's also to correct some divits that I have that are pronounced with the rounds and may also give me a bit more cleavage. My pre-op is Aug 7th so will have better idea what size he's planning on. Originally was thinking of going with the 410's but changed mind before exchange to rounds. If only I would of stuck with the original plan I wouldn't have to have another surgery
My TEs were the Allergan 133fx 550cc, do you know what TES you have?
good luck with your exchange and please let us know how your doing afterwards.
-
I got the Allergan 410's I think size 475 for foob and can't recall for the augment. OK but hard and sure does not feel normal! But I am not really whining, better than the alternatives.
-
I have the 410s as well - FF 595. I know I've read many comments stating they don't drop and fluff like rounds and I wish I'd taken weekly pictures because mine definitely look a heck of a lot better than they did a few weeks ago. Since I was direct to implant with no TEs, it's taken some time for my muscles to stretch out so I've seen a lot of improvement. They aren't hard either, but my real breasts were very dense so they were never soft and squishy. My foobs are actually softer. I had my reservations for a few weeks after surgery but I have to say I'm pretty happy with them right now. Because I have the full height implants, I have a lot more fullness in the upper pole now than I did before BMX. So I guess my PS knew what he was doing.
-
Catyz - my TE's are Allergan 133MX-15-T (700ccs) filled to 570. That's technically the same weight as my real boobs, but they seem bigger. That's okay because I like how I look in clothes and that's just the TE's so I have high hopes I'll be looking good with the foobs.
MinusTwo - My TE's are anatomical, so we should be ready to rock and roll! I'll probably go with the Allergan 410MF in size 580. Can't wait!
ucfmom - my real boobs were very dense, too, so I'm sure I won't mind the firmness.
Marian - I love your profile pic!
I'll be getting fat grafting at the same time. Anyone else here get FG?
Thanks so much for your comments. Glad to hear you ladies are happy with the 410's! I'll be sure to check back with you after my surgery.
-
BC101- Been thinking about you and curious how everything went with your exchange. Which ones did you end up with? How do you like them so far? Hoping recovery is going well for you -
Same here. I may not post a whole lot, but I have read this entire thread, and the information you ladies have provided has been invaluable. It seems like every time someone goes in for their exchange, we hold our breath, wait, and pray.

I have gummy bears: Natrelle 410, Style FF, 655 cc.
I am happy with them; my exchange surgery was two and a half weeks ago. They are firmer than I anticipated, but my PS says they will soften up some. They're comfortable. I am probably a C cup. I was DD or DDD before BMX. I am very pleased with how I look in clothes and even have a bit of cleavage. I don't usually wear lower cut clothes that show that off though! I wear a Genie bra with inserts during the day and no bra at night. For about five nights after surgery I wore a Genie bra with no inserts to sleep in.
-
There's another thread -- All About Gummies -- where many have also posted about these implants here on BCO.
-
Lilah - I have read that entire thread. Very informative!
-
I did a search for All About Gummies and nothing came up. Is that the exact name? What am I doing wrong?
-
Janett - That is correct. I just tried to bump it for you. Not sure if that will work. New to this forum stuff. Check "active topics" and see if it shows up.
-
Got it -- thanks!
-
Catey - hi! I've been offline and off the grid literally. After my surgery DH and I went up north to our lake cabin to recover. I had a rough recovery - lots of pain - more than what I had expected. I don't know why I thought this would be easier. The areas where they harvested fat with lipo and FG has been almost the worst part - the bruising and soreness. Wearing the Spanx has been the worst part.
So far the foobs look good and feel soft due to all the FG he did, although they say don't look at them for at least 3 months. They don't feel heavier than the TE's which was one of my concerns. IDK if it's just the anatomicals or the FG, but the huge divots I had before are no longer there, so that's good. They are firm, but I was used to dense breasts before.
FYI: They do FG and lipo on everyone and gummy bears on everyone at my clinic.
-
Forgot to add - I have the Natrelles 410s - MF 640s.
-
bc101-I have the same implants as you.😃. Mine softened up a lot (my exchange was in March).
I love my gummies even tho I get that most here are not fans of them. To each their own.
I just had my 2nd round of fg yesterday. I can't wait to unwrap tonight!!
-
McBeach- Happy Unveiling!!! Woot! Woot!
Ally
-
MCbeach - Very exciting!!! Please let us know how it goes ok? I am glad FG has come up in some different threads recently. Lots of good info and links. My last fill, was last week, and PS and I talked about it at that time. I was acutally surprised that he brought it up first, as he usually waits for me to ask. I think he is testing me, to see if I do my research lol. Good to hear what others have to say.
-
Well had my pre op today with PS, the plan is to exchange my current style 20 rounds 550cc to the 410's either in the FF535 or the MF545, to correct rippling and indents. Originally was going with the 410's had the FX13 550 tissue expanders overfilled to 650 , but ended up with round. So from looking at measurements the projection is about the same, just fearful as I was hoping to be able to go a bit bigger, ohhhh the worries.
MCbeach , BC101, Janet2014
and whoever else has the 410's is it possible to reply with you height, weight, and what size 410's you have and if you like the look
-
cateyz2,
My 410s are FF 655, and I am 5'7 1/2" and 168 pounds. They look and feel like a C cup. Yes, I like the look, and they're comfortable. I'm pleased with my new nipples too that my PS made from the skin at the MX scar.
-
cateyz-I'm 5'5-1/2", 120 lbs, 410s 640g MF. My ps said the ff would be too tall on my frame. I am very happy with the 410s. My pics are on the other site if u want to take a peek. They r saify and comfortable. I sleep on my stomach mostly.
-
Natrelle 410-FF 740cc at 5'4" & 170#.
Smaller than my diseased breasts, so they look odd to me. I'm 5 weeks out on the right side. The left side had migrated out of the pocket. Repair surgery 2 weeks ago. A lot of pain yet. No cleavage. Left side looks smaller than right. I'll need fat grafting for sure.
-
Catey: Allergan 410 LX-455. My PS was in the research study group so I was able to get the LX in 2011.
5'8", 150 lbs at the time, rib cage 34". I like how they feel. Cleavage good. Projection OK. Height very nice. No ripples or divots. No shifting in the pockets. Would have liked a little smaller. I lost a bunch more weight w/chemo after recurrence so I'd still like to be smaller, but no plans for revision.
-
Catey - I'm 5'4" and 170 lbs. I have MF 640s. I am only 2 weeks out from my exchange surgery so the foobs are still taking shape. One looks a little funky right now but I still have a lot of swelling. They feel very comfortable on my chest. I love how they filled in the huge divots I had before. I'm wearing a compression bra 24/7 right now and was told not to look for 3 months. But so far, so good.
McBeach - why did you have more FG? Did it not take the first time around?
-
bc101-yes, the fg did not take the first time (at my exchange). I have a very bony chest and you could see the line of the implants where it hit my chest wall, which screamed "fake boobs". Looks much better now. I hope it stays this time.
