CT w. contrast results. I'm scared.

Options

I had Monday (March 5th, so two days ago) a CT scan with contrast. Got the results today and discussed with the oncologist. He pretty much brushed it off (making me wonder if he doesn't want to scare me) and said see you in 3 months and repeat CT scan in 6 months.

So, among other nasty things the CT scan has shown (of which would be atherosclerosis, which would be quite a sudden onset in the last year or so, and I blame the AIs for it) and the old thyroid nodule that just sits there, not increasing but not going away either, and a discoid atelectasis (well doh, with this iron bra I haven't been able to take deep breaths since the BMX) - these worrying things:

A few foci of cystic bronchiectasis within the  right lower lobe (that area that I complain it hurts all the time).

Ill-defined subsolid micronodule within the anterior left upper lobe (solid component approx 2 to 3 mm)

2 mm ground glass nodule withing the anterior right iupper lobe

3 mm ground glass nodule in the left lower lobe

Incidental intrapulmonary lymph node ajdacent to the left major pulmonary fissure

Left inguinal node enlarged, measuring 1 x 1.8 cm

And my right ovarian cyst has grown from 2.9 cm to 3.3 cm.

Rad dr. suggestion is "no definitive evidence of metastatic disease. Given the patient history of breast malignancy early metastatic lesions would be difficult to entirely exclude, follow-up CT examinationis suggested)"

So. I'm scared.
