Cosmetic things that worked for me - sharing girly stuff

I have REALLY broad shoulders. So broad that when I was an auxiliary police officer, they had to make my dress jacket custom. It was okay when I had breasts to kind of balance the broad, but a bit more difficult now. I find if I wear a denim jacket I look butch. I have a white one I was given and tried to wear it to no luck. It just hangs on me with no softness or drape. I also like a very well-used leather jacket that has the softer hand, but when first new, again, they have a gangly drape.
Years ago I sewed hundreds of buttons onto the yoke front and back of a denim jacket and whenever I wore it I always got comments. "Gee, can I borrow a button?" Doi! Was a spectacular project though. Just solid different sized and coloured buttons massed onto the shoulder/yoke of the blue denim. I'll probably cut up this white jacket and do something like that...hmmm.
My husband is a coat PIG. Like I'm a purse pig. He loves them!! Some he doesn't even wear!!

Oh, I love the idea of the buttons sewn to the jacket, very creative.
I rarely wear t-shirts, you know, anything with a round crew collar and short sleeves, as that's what make me look butch. I am short, I have a short neck, and t-shirts are so uncomplimentary to my body type. Most of my styles have a v-neck, scoop neck or square neck. I love the square necked tops because they offset the roundness of my body, but they're harder to find.

I don't even own any t-shirts that are plain for the same reason!! My sister always wears plain (black/gray etc) cotton t-shirts that just hang on her body. Makes her look dumpy, but she just won't wear a pattern or synthetic fabric! She's amazed that I can do it. I was trying on tops once, tons of them, and would come out to show my DH. I never looked quite right though, until I came out in my last top and he said "That's the one!". It was the one I came in wearing!!

B.Blues,
I took my very 1st Arimidex pill yesterday, I woke up this morning really sweaty. I have been having hot flashes for the last week, before the little pill. I assume it is healing from radiation, just finished 5 days ago.
I have never had any weird facial hair, I know it's common for women over a certain age. I will be checking now...
My hair is also growing in like baby hair, I think that is common. Mine is really white, a little grey here and there. My MO told me yesterday I could start coloring it again. So short still that I do not want to spend the $. I might just do it myself next week.
