Oh yea....its just one of those days where I could just go from hug to hug to hug! I knew I could share that here and be understood.
Oh my girls....I couldn't imagine them as twins! Whew!!!
So, here's a deep dark secret...can't tell anyone because its kinda pathetic and absolutely pointless...but a show will be on in a half hour that I really like to watch (because its really that dumb I think)....Sin City Rules....wahahaaa. incantations believe I just said that outloud.... -
Alyson....awwwwwww!!!!
-
Sheila...well, if you're sad at the holidays, then im glad they are over. My DH use to be very upset when it was holiday time...childhood trauma....so, I can kinda see how painful that can be. So, extra hugs for you.

If my neighbor across the street does not turn off her Christmas carols that play outside with her lights, I will not be responsible for my actions. It's been a month. Enough already!
-
Wren....im.sneaking over there now..my plan is to remove the music box and permanently fix it to her bedroom window....wish me luck...falalalala...lalalala
-
Your help is greatly appreciated!
-
That must be incredibly annoying....
-
I'm back to share a funny story......
Years ago my next door neighbor had this stupid chirping bird on her door....it got activated every time someone went in or out........
DD#2 took the batteries out and placed it wrong way...
I know it's not nice but like wren said.....it could've been worse...I wanted to break the *&*%* thing
-
Wren, sorry to hear how inconsiderate your neighbor is. Does your city have a noise ordinance? Maybe you can lodge a complaint that way.
Sheila, I like what DD#2 did. Sometimes you got to pay it back and that was a very harmless way of doing that.

-
I just have to vent - I am losing my fricken mind from this Arimidex. In the last week I threw away my car keys, left my cell phone in a changing room at Kohl's and "lost" my wedding rings in my jeans pocket. I HATE this crap!
On a happy note - Happy and Healthy New Year to all!

I'm tired of hugs...I giving squeezes today. Everyone gets one! Some of you get more than one!
I had to change the day I visited my friend. We had a snow storm on Saturday so we met Sunday. Mostly we sat around her house and talked. She has a greyhound who is a big love bug. I kept thinking about how much I miss our dog. We went out for Chinese and just had a good time together.
Someone mentioned Johnnie Raye and his song Cry. I love that song. In fact I was singing that on my travels yesterday. I like songs from different time periods. I can't hold a sing to save my life but I enjoy belting one out now and then. Rusty Warren has a song (Don't get offended) Bounce Your Boobies. Cracks me up. Well, I only only have one fake booby to bounce.
I took a xannax this morning. My chest felt like it was made of stone. I should have gotten up last night and taken it but I was too lazy to get out of bed. Now am going to e uzzed for the rest of the day.
The Look Good Feel Good program called me. They told me that I was the only one to sign up for the class. I rescheduled for one closer. This one is more than just that program. Afterwards we get to make a bracelet and the lady that hosts it has a little lunch. I had bought some beautiful scarves ( I forgot what they claa them) from her. I watched youtube on how to tie them. She wants me to teach the class. YIKES!
Looks like I have written a book. Its time to enjoy my coffee.
-
I think it is wonderful that you were asked to teach the class Veggy.
I am 10 pages behind in reading. I am going to just start where I am today and hope I didnt miss too much.
Have a great NewYears Eve.
Hugs Ginger

Oh, Alyson. You are a good bit ahead of us. Happy, healthy 2013.
I just made my first gif. I will try to be more creative and make something more positive, but for now . . .
-
Very cool veggy. Tell us more as it goes along.
-
Dune - Love your cancer monster. LOL!
-
I am so forgetful now. Veggie you mentioned Johnny Rae and I meant to respond then. I still have some 78 RPM vinyl of my mothers. Mule Train for one and Crying for another. I recall her playing them when I was a little kid just before extended play records and 45 rpm.

And remember the other side of that 78? Wasn't it "The Little White Cloud That Cried?" That's amazing, because I can hardly remember what I had for breakfast!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIxl_ISz1Ag
It WAS! The Little White Cloud That Cried...... Oh wah!
-
I didn't make the monster. I just made the cancer sucks animation and added the monster in. I was just figuring out how to do it. Trying to take my mind off of even worse thoughts.
-
Just dropped in to wish each and everyone of you a Happy Healthy New Year. I am hoping it is a better year than the last 2 for me.....
Cindy -
Well Dunes , if that's a first try, it's pretty damn GOOD! Ican't even get an avatar.
Have not thrown in the towel often in my life. Throwing it now in the ring, I give up on trying to make cast iron skillet corn bread. Don't have a southern hand
-
I found a recipe for minestrone soup that I haven't made in years. It has a ton of veggies in it and I don't think there is any room for pasta. My son helped and then started teasing me. The house smells so good. Next I am going to put a ham in the oven and a chocolate cake. I'm in a cooking/baking mood. Wednesday is chemo and I won't be in the mood to do anything. I wish I knew how many treatments I have. I wasn't given a number.

Happy New Year's Eve to all my friends.....
Chevy love love love that pic..EEyore is my fav guy, actually he rides on the dashboard of my car, and Mom and I watched a Winnie- the-Pooh movie the other nite on tv....yep that means there's not much on...but your pic gave me a HUGE smile...thanks
MamaV sorry this crap is driving you crazy....not on Arimidex myself but gotta say that my chemo seems to have that same effect....so glad that when I started I had an older reallly sweet nurse doing my infusion and among other things she told me 'don't let anybody try to tell you that chemo-brain isn't real". Doesn't help the situation any but it helps knowing that I'm not actuallly just losing my mind. Forever wandering around forgetting what I was about to do, can't put anything down cause I'll forget where I left it...all the good stuff.
