we moved, cleaning, both places.
Miss you all, leave in the morning for the cruise. I will catch up with the chitchat soon.
Got shingles for my 60th b-day. Also a chunk of skin cancer cut out of my arm.....life.....
-
ok, I just read Chevys last post, now I am intrigued.
Bad girls, what YA going do?
-
HiHo..... OMD!!! Shingles? Where were they? ANYwhere is just bad... Can you go on your cruise with your Shingles? Did you have a shot? I heard you can still get them, only not as bad....
See, Sass started this, with all her talk about her..... ummmmmmmmm somewhat clothed roomie.... Only he had black socks, and they acted like kids, so ya just gotta read from the beginning.... For once, EYE didn't start it..... Ha!
Have a wonderful cruise? and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

-
-
holeinone, have a great time on your cruise. Hope the shingles leave you quickly, no fun. Sorry about the skin cancer too.....I think you need this vacation. Have a blast.
Thanks for all your happy dances. I will actually be dancing at a wedding tonight 😉
You guys are great
Go Hawks
-
Sorry Susan.
GO BOLTS, hometown team.
-
HI1----ditto what Susan said. Ouch.
-
American Pharoah won the Belmont Stakes today, also the triple crown. That horse is one bad ars.
If I remember correctly, now he gets to retire and go make baby pharoahs.......

-
JAZZYYYYYYYYYYYYY. I WAITED ALL DAY. TAUGHT dbf ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE TRIPLE CROWN AND BABY MAKING.. THEN FORGOT...CHIT. Baffert must be beside himself. The jockey too(? forget his name).Cool, 37 years since the last Triple Crown winner. DBF after hearing the history and all the money involved and the retiring and baby making said " All that for winning three races". He's obviously never paid attention to racing. He's not into any sports, especially, not football---thank dog. -
WHAT A HORSE!!!! He had the lead from the gate. Sooo neat. I'm not into any sport, do like to watch the horses, never bet.
-
Sas
Victor Espinoza.
-
Ha, I watched it all over again. I loved how he broke away and left them all in the dust. So fast. Victor Espinosa was the jockey.
I used to ride a lot as a young person, mostly quarter horses but the owners had some race horses too. I always have had an interest in horses.
Look at the muscles in this horse's hind flanks. So strong.

-
Chit if I remember the color of his socks! But it wouldn't have made me bit of difference. Wasn't looking there! I can tell you it wasn't a little airport which should scare the poop outa ya!
-
Mema LOL, you're dieing to tell us, but you can't cuz that would cause a stir. But you could tell us the year maybe. Unless it's to recent. Then don't. Was he a James Bond type. The joke about the black socks. DBF is as skinny as Mick Jaggar--but DBF is handsome. When he strips his clothes in the garage and walks in with his black socks on---well...not James Bond. DBF is oblivious to that mentality. But he does get the job done.
-
Jazzy we see muscle. If the were looking at our flanks they'd call it cellulite
-
I wish I could tell you but you're right...can you imagine the trouble? But it was in the70's....such a free time. You know, I never minded socks because it reminded me to get a pedi when my feet got stuck on them!
I just love you guys! -
hehehehe
Chevy, this is for you!!!!!

-
Hey did the jockey that needed to win the triple crown win? Was he the jockey for the winning horse? Geez I hope so. Great story about his rise from a kid in a poor Mexican family of 12 kids to one of the winningest (a word?) jockey ever. It was on the evening news.
I am jealous JWoo gets to see the stones. This thread has been very amusing lately got to say! Hinone- geat about the move, icky about the shingles and enjoy your cruise! Take care have a great weekend.
-
Rose- yes, that is correct. All kinds of winners in that story today.
Sassy- I worry about myself when I start admiring a horses muscular ars. LOL!
Goodnight friends!
-
Yay what a beautiful horse. ...
Ok tower, but u never forgot it
Chevy u r such a trouble maker
Me normal not so much...
Jazzy how is the weekend so far, any news
U guys havevbeen stuck in the house too long..
Lover, no banned, it took me a few to figure it out, lol
Hole, omg hate those shingles shit...n the cancer thing...wth
-
Yeah, but THEY all start it! Ha! Sass just KNOWS what to say, and I of course have to pick up on it... And then the REST of these not-so-innocent girls just take it from there....
So now we all got a good description of ol' Black Socks.... Take a picture Sass! He's got you around his little finger.... ! We'll get this place shut down in a hurry...
GOOD one Spookers! Hah!
Rosie, our Janie is meeting her Sister and GS in San Francisco in September to see AC/DC! I helped Sheri get the tickets on-line.... And THAT was a fiasco! Have you guys ever tried to do that? SHE in Orlando, on her way to show a home, on the phone with ME, telling me what to do, and what, when and all that crap, and she was at one time running down the street with "Open House" signs, and I was WAITING "in line" for 1/2 hour, trying not to start over! And then put in her credit-card, password, blah,blah..... WAIT, and finally I see "Congratulations Sheri, you are going to AC/DC!
THAT JUST MADE MY DAY..... She screamed! We couldn't believe we DID it! To them, I ROCKED! ME, a Grandma, knew enough to decipher all this internet stuff to be in the right spot, and do the deed! Kind of like Sassy!
I'm going to build-in curtains to put around her posts!
Morning miss Blessings.... I think of you all the time.... Our lives are all connected by little things, and it's just nice to hear about other people having to deal with "stuff"...... Love you guys!
-
susan3, excellent results, and a good chemo!!

-
Good morning friends- I hope everyone had a good rest!
Blondie- nothing exciting this weekend, just getting ready for a biz trip this week. Meeting some folks later today for dinner who are in town house hunting.

-
Mema we give people new names a round here. Bolndie has given you your new name "Tower". Yes, the60's and 70's were wild. But must admit I never did in a tower with a plane landing. It does sound kind of like a 007 thing. Wild girl.
Good one Blondie
Chevy should I be blushing?
Patty have you come up for air yet? Feet cold?
Chevy BTW Patty started it, talking about getting naked.
-
Glad to be back here now that life has calmed down.
-
I don't think we could blush if we tried..... I remember I did one time.... when I was in "Health" class.... And our Teacher said "Malone! What is the difference between necking and petting?" And I quietly said "Anything above the waist is necking, and anything below was petting".... But I was mortified. He just DID it, to make me squirm.... I wasn't even popular, nor DATING anyone... I was a real quiet little mouse.... and I didn't like school at all....
I'm so glad I outgrew all those "stages"..... Ha!

-
spooks and sas...them are fighting words.....lol. Go Hawks
Got pics of the Stanley cup last time. Northshore is the medical group I am in and they are one of the biggest sponsors. The cup travels to the hospitols in the system and people get to see it. I was there for tests the day it showed up. Pretty cool.
Happy Sunday all
-
Ms. Blondie, I am glad it made you laugh.
Iris, love the widow art.
Ms. Sass, I had a good laugh reading the "20 Ways to Maintain a Healthy Level of Insanity" . Shared it with my kids and both loved it too.
Goats, how is your pup? Stomach issue resolved? Did you get a chance to try the tea bag as Ms. Sass suggested? Curious how well it works as green tea has anti-inflammatory effect. Not sure about other tea.
Ms. Smaarty, did I fool you? Haha. I do have a suppressed rebellious side. Mom always had to correct me when I was little- "sit properly", "a young lady does not eat out of the pot", " act like a lady", "climb down from that tree. Girls don't climb trees" among many others corrections.
Ms. Chevy, you got to teach me how to post animated pictures. I am such a fuddy-duddy and computer challenged. You are hip.
for successfully ordering AC/DC tickets for your DHS and GS.I like the name Tower. Good choice Ms. Blondie. Tower, I think you have found an ally in kinkiness.
Hi Teka
Mommy!!! You are back. Glad life has calmed down for you and that you are back. It might sound weird, but I miss your "lol".
I was right about Ms. Spookie's fascination with thongs.
Wow, that young man's define muscles look as good as American Pharoah's
-
Thanks Blondie! I like that name, Tower!! I think Sass and I would have gotten into a lot of wild times if we'd known each other back in the day! -
Tower lol, yes we would have, but Chevy would have been the leader. It will make someone crazy trying to figure out tower meaning. Our laugh.
ohh Loverly, thought you took me serious, okay you didn't. You do a great job at remembering everyone
Hey mommyof2 . Glad you are recovered.
Susan I'm so bad on sports names. Hawks belongs to? Ds just shakes his head
