Enerva Cool Thanks for bringing the info here. If you see a followup about when testings available. I know my Dad's family has a troubled gene or as your post shows maybe a series. There are 24 primary cancers out of 53 blood relatives. 9/21 women had BC. No Brac. What page are the video's on nordic walking on? I'm thinking about ordering those poles for Christmas presents
Hi1 damn! What's the plan? Discharge home with IV's by Homehealth nurse, or discharge home with daily travel to a infusion center?
))
Nettie next move--FIND a spine center in Loiusianna that manages scoliosis
Blondie glad you are here daily
CHIT MISSED CHIT GOING ON MY COMPUTER DIDN'T UPDATE
Cami so many parties ---no one parties around here like you all do. To many split up families. That is the negative about Florida.
Susan YAY feeling better.
Patty's dancing everyday. Don't get too frisky girl. Did you watch Enerva's videos a few pages back. Perfect exercise to get out in nature, wiith your new found freedom. So, nice to bed out of bed Yippity
Chevy such a trauma as a kid and it wasn't your fault.

CHEVY IS THIS YOU OR ME? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US !
-
yeah Chevy...I think your birthday is coming up on Thursday if I remember correctly....usually don't remember that stuff, but my moms birthday is the 31st.... So HAPPY early BIRTHDAY !!!!!!!!!! Hope I remember to say it again tomorrow
. Are you getting a new pole for your birthday?? Hope you are planning a real fun filled day......and if it's not your birthday....we'll...I am blushing ...lol
-
Phillyinhousto Love typo's ROTFLOL. "LOTS of giant pick up tricks with LOTS of men in them"
Chevy thanks for the boss and boos translation. It was a great laugh, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what boos meant in the context.
Glad Thersa and hubby are picking up where they left off. Sounds like they will keep everyone amused.
2TA thanks that was the Bra link. Those gals did allot of work on it.
Smarrty check back on page 534. Maddy posted the bra link. May not be useful now, but later maybe. You know how your PS said 400 cc for no bra. First day I saw my PS I said I don't want to ever have to wear a bra again. So, how did he translate that to 850cc.
SPookie EWWWWWhhhhhh sorry about the cellulitis, it's such a bugger with LE.
NEWSFLASH: DS is bringing GF home to meet me. I will have to behave. Cleaning house. This is so cool! Only the third girl he ever brought home.
-
Hi SweetSue---yup it's Chevy's and my B-day today. We're B-day twins. We get another year added on YAY.
-
Happy birthday, Sassy and Chevy!!
-
Sas & Chevyboy...
-
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO UUUUUUUU
you're right about Flo and kiss my grits, Alice was the other waitress, was that the name if the show?
-
IT'S TOMORROW, TOMORROW is the big day! Me and Sass are the B-day girls! I am so excited that you guys are all here to help us celebrate!
I think I am a tad older than SASS! Shut UP Cammi! She will say I am a TAD older than EVERYone here! But I just thank God I AM still here, even though 77 sounds like I should be looking down-right old, limping, sagging, whining and ACTING it..... Ha, ha! Well I AM some of those things, but not all!
What are YOU going to do Sass? Janie and I are meeting for lunch at Red Robin tomorrow.... She has done this before.... "just a nice quiet little lunch" and then she has 10 of our girl-friends there! The LAST time she had party hats, balloons, and a centerpiece on the table!
So I have to act surprised.... !
Thank you 22222nd and HiHo!
Yes Susan..... A NEW POLE! That's what I need... Ha, ha! I just put batteries in my spiffy new folding cane, with the "head-light" and the stand-alone base! NOW I can go walk out in that alley at MIDnight, and never fear of falling! I tried it last night.... well, not in the alley, but it lights up the whole damn ROOM! Yay!
I might use it when we go to Orlando, that is if it is safe to go there then.... Whenever that is....
I remember that show! Kiss my Grits always made us laugh!
Pawprint, I saw that on the news, about that water-main break on campus! I know what you mean, about water restrictions... And then you drive around somewhere, and some big companies water sprinkler system is shooting water 50 feet high for no apparent reason!
Morning Spookie....and Blondie..... just thinking of you two..........
Okay kids! Time to get rollin'! It's been raining here all night..... I wish my Daughter was here, we keep talking about running in the rain together! It just sounds like fun!
If I can tap dance I can RUN in the rain!
-

-
Happy Birthday Sas amd Chevy! I believe the other waitress was Vera.
-
Good Morning --oh I'm so confused about these birthdays--OK Sas is today and Chevy tomorrow----Chevy A TAD older? A TAD???? OK
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
-
OH DAGNABIT Cammi! We are BOTH having our Bday TOMORROW! The 31st!
Not today, or yesterday, but tomorrow! Go write that down.... You'll forget.... sure as hell.....
Yes.... a tiny tad older.... than dirt.
-
Chevy I think u mean clay.
-
Clay? Do you mean you want to go out and Play? Wouldn't it be fun if you came over, and we could go run in the rain? It's raining real softly here, and I was out there, just getting soaked.... We could go out and drink our coffee out there! And you could wish me Happy Birthday! TOMORROW!
-
-
Not PLAY, u'older than not dirt but CLAY--much older. But I would live to sit and have coffee with u really.
-
Chevy It is my Birthday today. We aren't birthday twins. We can just pretend and party for TWO days. That sounds even more fun than one birthday. I'm 64. Which Beatles song is that. "WIll I still love you, when I'm 64?" Dbf forgot last year. This way he gets two days before he's in trouble.
-
Thankyou paws, hi1, 22222,cami
-
Sas, is today your birthday or tomorrow?? Either way, Happy Birthday!! And also to CHEVY!!!
Today is my DD’s 25th birthday!!
And there are no Spine Specialist around here! After my visit with my MO on 8/13, I will move forward with getting the back checked out! Yesterday, I did some work in a flower bed that my DD had when she lived at home, I’m not a gardener, so the bed was just an eye sore! So I am beginning to clean it up and put it back to just “nothing”! But I had a lot
of bricks to move and weeds to pull! I nearly passed out from the heat, but I thought I would surely pay for it today
with an extreme back ache, but to my surprise, the pain is no worse! I’m not sure if this is a good thing or bad
thing!Speaking of Bras – I haven’t visited the page, but I’m assuming it is for MX ladies! I just wonder if anyone else has trouble with the bras curling up under the boob! I have forever and I do mean forever had to go around constantly pulling down on my bra, it is just so uncomfortable and this started the day I had to start wearing bras and actually has nothing to do with the BC! It’s so bad that in the winter, I wear the full body suits just so I don’t have the riding up and curling, but it’s way too hot here to do that in the spring and summer.
And I too loved the show “Alice”!! Wonder why there are no reruns of it on cable???
And HI1 is tomorrow your birthday also?? I’m so confused! But that’s nothing new around here!
And Chevy, it’s not nice to blow the cake in Sassy’s face!!! Or to tip over her glass!!
-
Happy birthday 🎂
2nd tome I love the cake I kept the picture lol
-
Yes Enerva..... this is soooooo true! I am really blessed.
Nettie.... my bras do the same thing! Is it because I am not thin? The best way to solve that is ..... don't wear a bra. I only wear one when I go out anyway. My poor boobs are like little water balloons.... but I should never say anything, because I have them. "They" have taken on a life of their own. They go their own direction, unless they are coaxed into a bra... it's like rolling them up... they are much happier free and loose..... like me.
I KNOW what you are thinking Cam.... I can read your mind..... But wouldn't it be fun just to sit out somewhere and talk? Just like old girl-friends.
-
YOU GUYS ARE a RIOT. I DO SUPPOSE WHEN I TALK OF Birds flying around in the box I do seem confused. But it is my birthday today. My real twin and I were there. My real twin is Susan. Really do I need to get my birth certificate? Now someone's going to think Susan 3 bday is today .Seriously I do have a twin. We were 24 minutes apart. They didn't expect her.Almost lost her. I WAS 4lbs1oz. Susan was 6lbs8oz.
-
have a wonderful birthday Sas
-
Thank you Paws.. and for believing me LOL!
-
happy birthday SAS. A twin. How very exciting ? Are you close now ? Hope you have a wonderful day today.
-
Sas, I probably should put this in one of our original boxes, but I'm too lazy today.
I'm just so confused as to why all the back pain now!!! I never had issues like this before DX!! That is why my brain goes directly to the dark place, even though, I'm told that more likely than not, this is all caused from the radiation damage and possibly some nerve damage and/or scar tissue forming from my lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy.
-
PhyllisinHouston - what's the word on the clinical trial? Sassy - I read that "pickup tricks with lots of men in them". Bet Phyllo left it in on purpose - wink wink!
Sorry Spookie for the LE flare/cellulitis. Doing any better today? Oh yes remember "kiss my grits".
Enerva - read your info on BC genes. Scary how much is interconnected.
Susan - so happy for your surprise daughter visit. Enjoy - you deserve it.
Yes Pawprint - local story here about smartphone (unsure of brand) belonging to kid catching fire under her pillow. Just saw that UCLA video with the water damage - 10 million gallons of water. We had a local water co. release water from their tower via hydrants to turn the volume over. Chlorine looses potency if it sits too long. It has been rainy enough people are not watering as much plus the water restrictions NE Dallas Co. very strict. People I don't think were happy. Another co had 2 free watering days to turn the volume in their storage tanks.
Happy Birthday almost birthday sisters Sassy and Chevy.
Nettie - curling up under the boob bras. I have yet to find a bra I can stand for more than a few hours. I have had a bra fitting in the past - once at Dillards and once at Lane Bryant but both b4 BC. Both fitters wanted to put me in such a tight band size I was almost choking. I appreciate that most women want the vanity of smaller band size, bigger cup size but we women on here want demand comfort most. And to top it off I hate trying on bras. Only makes me hot/sweaty which is not pretty. Chevy - I agree. Bra is the 1st thing to come off but then I do have the odd person coming by and it's not a great look to answer the door in - tank top with droopy boobs. Thank goodness DH was home Sunday when neighbor came by offering hay. I walk quickly to mailbox and back lest a neighbor drive by.
Nettie - could some of your pain also be shoulder pain as well? Esp. your description yesterday sounded like it.
I get behind too and can read but not comment on everyone. DH was home
yest. and had movie playing on net. I finally gave up and shut my PC down.
Nothing would load/close, nothing. When he retires I think he'd better
get service with decent bandwidth. He says right now we have the fastest
service Verizon can provide with our lines/distance from switching
station. Our area is late comer to DSL - only about 4 years.Looks like our big rain went to Oklahoma. Bummer.
-
Whether the birthdays are today or tomorrow or both, let's celebrate both days, ok? We could all use a little party!
Spookiesmom, the show was "Alice":

Dutchie, you win the prize, the third waitress was Vera.
