Oh I agree. Ducky.Russell Wilson didn't play well in that game - so unlike him. I like Tom Brady too, but my heart is with the Seahawks. My son is a total Philly fan....I even bought him an Eagles shirt for Christmas and my DD bought him an Eagles hat.
Ok Kracker, I know I have the body of a 100 year old, and I probably act like I'm 90, but I am actually younger than Tomboy if you can believe that. I often lose track of my age, but I checked my driver's license and I am 51-years-old. Mentally and physically, I feel much older.
Joan, sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hope you get well quickly!! I'm having so much fun with my Fitbit! I've found when I wear it while rocking in my chair, I get credit for all kinds of walking!! It's making me feel accomplished!! Also, if I set the sleep setting to normal rather than sensitive, I get credit for sleeping much better. haha All kidding aside, I really think it's helped me to move more when my body allows. My DH does over 10,000 steps a day and my goal is to be able to do that someday. I keep a log of my food intake on Spark People, and it syncs very well with the Fitbit. Believe it or not, I've actually lost 10 pounds since I started wearing it - I gained a total of 60 lbs. from treatment, so it's nice to be heading back down again.
There has not been a "Queen" sighting in a long time. Thinking of you Jo! Can't wait for you to retire - AGAIN.
Tomboy, come out, come out wherever you are!!! Miss seeing you here.
GMA, that is a total bummer getting up early on your day off. Sounds like something I would do!!
Hope all the Bonfire girls had a good weekend free from pain.
Hi Lucy!
Did I ever tell you I love the name Lucy!! I Love Lucy was one of my favorite shows growing up.
Love to all!!
Edited for typos. One day I will get it right on the first try.

I have a friggin mouse........little bastard..........I swear every year its the same shit........last time I used poison .....got rid of the little sucker, but before he left to die he looked for water, and ate my friggin pump on my 1 year old dishwasher...........they fixed it and...about 1 month later got an exteminator..............that as put poison under my dishwasher, and it drew another mouse who again ate my pump................
So how do I get rid of ths ittle bastard........surely not with poison......and I am not going to empty friggin traps.......and forget glue traps they are so gross with my luck the freak wil get stuck by one foot and scream a night and wake me up........
I use to use peppermint oil, but ran out...........Oh heavens.........more headaches........
-
Get a cat Ducky. We used to have mouse droppings in our garage when we first moved here. Once we got a cat, the problem was solved. My cat would never eat a mouse, but her scent keeps them away.
Edited to add.....hahahahaha Kathe....you still trying to hit on Duckys Grandson???? Too funny.
-
Slow.......I'm alleregic to cats...............LOL
-
Well that won't work!!
How about a rat terrier?? We have one of those too. They chase rodents.
-
Well I guess I could borrow Stella...............think she will work out............NOT.........her Meds have here knocked out..my daughter said when she gets up her 4 legs go in different directions......poor thing....I guess till she gets use to the Pheno........
-
Proudtospin, I like the way you think! 29 or so!
About 7 years ago, one of my boys told their teacher that I was 29. The poor boy actually believed this was my age; his teacher (who is a friend) had a good laugh.
Mice are sneaky little pests. They can fit though a 1/4 inch opening, which makes it easy for them to find a way into a house. Snap traps are best for getting rid of them.... but I wouldn't want to deal with the traps either. I probably would just end up trapping my own fingers. When we first moved into our house, we had squirrels that found their way into the crawl space below our roof. Yuck.
-
Poor Stella. Hope she gets used to the meds. Thanks for all the birthday wishes! Happy Birthday Val! Janis Joplin is one of my faves,,, happy to share her birthday.
