Nothing makes me happier than when my friends are silly girls. Whew ...
Edited to remove the animated picture ... it was annoying

-
Rosemary .. I'm so frickin' relieved about your bone scan! Be as silly as you want!
hugs,
Bren

Whoo hoooo!!!! Silly sloe gin fizzes all around!! Or Singapore slings if that's your preference.... Congrats, Rosemary! Good news to wind up the day!

Rosemary-I am yawning I am so bored by your scan results. Congratuations and I think Happy Libby's idea of Silly Sloe Gin Fizzes is excellent!

Count me in for Silly Sloe Gin Fizzes...
great news Rosemary!
-
Excellent idea-the sloe gin fizzes, that is.
Oh and I lost 3lbs in the 3 months since I got off Fremara. Good news all around.
-
For all you silly scan girls (and everyone else) first round is on the house!
-
Silly rules!! Silly and boring - that's what we want.
-
I love silly. Boring is good, too. Congrats all around for the "nothing" results.

Yay for good news Rosemary!
-
I love GOOD news!! Yeah for all that are smiling today.
Here's some more good news...On Dr. Oz's show today "Broccoli sprouts" is the thing to eat to ward off breast cancer. Enjoy!!!
-
I am wallowing in my good news tonight.
-
What are you still doing up Rosemary? - what time is it over there? I can relate though, I was on a high last night

Time for my nap - hair cut later today - will I ever be rid of this woolly coo hair.
Sue
-
Siiiiiiiiiiilly is good! Whoop yay to both Rosemary and Susie!! Doing the silly dance!
-
Hey, girls - only 24 more posts and you will reach 20,000
Had a nap - feel much better, although I might have to get the fans out - it's getting really warm now.

My counter shows 332 more posts needed. Still in a funk, BIL is in bad shape - real upset over that. And upset for our friend Chemosabi - crap! Put up the rest of the grapes, done canning and told DH to not bring any more fruit/veggies into the kitchen. Wrapping a deer tomorrow, hope it doesn't take all day.
Love the Victorian dress Blue. Beautiful girls, beautiful mother.
Wish I could get my attitude turned and not just go through the motions each day. Maybe I'll start tomorrow off with a little Ativan and see if that helps. Hate the ups and downs, especially the downs. Really am happy for the girls with the scans! -
Stupid - I'm suppposed to be good at maths
I must have read the 6 as a 9. -
I'm not stupid - on my favourite topics page it says 19,978 posts.
-
Why does mine say 19,670?
You guys holding some stuff from me??????
-
Wow, you are right Susieq, there the counter is 19,981 now but here it is 19,672. Very interesting. Is it shadows of the past?
-
Mine says 19981 posts on this thread. Onwars and upwards to 20,000!
I lift my glass to boring boring tests. GOOD JOB LADIES!!!!! Keep up the good work!
Oncologist appointment today. Not expecting anything other than a referral for an MRI which I should have gotten before going but between Oldest Monster traveling for a regatta, Middle Monster getting braces put on and Little Monster & the audiologist (looks like eardrum patch has failed so may need another surgery), I just didn't have time. But visiting my oncologist is sort of like going to the spa--stare at the salt water tank, drink tea, eat cookies and they will do all the dialing and appointment making for you while you wait. I'm sure when I walk out, I will have my MRI appointment in hand.
-
My counter says 19,982 posts (making this number 19,983) - yay! We have come far.
I am NOT a good convalescer. I am not allowed to run, swim, take a bath or cycle for a while and I am impatient to start exercising. What I most hate about surgery by far are the restrictions (second only to the bevy of pre-op appointments). I am going to do some weight training today with the body parts I am still allowed to use freely.
Rosemary and Susie, enjoy your highs. I am feeling rather anti-climactic at the moment. I hope to have gotten rid of one comorbidity but I have become fatalistic after so much bad health and am waiting for the other shoe to drop. Won't think about it, though. I have too much work to do.:)
-
The counter at the bottom of his page says 19,674 - maybe the one on the Favourite Topics includes deleted posts. Really weird.
I had my hair cut yesterday - still crazy curly - nothing I can do about it except be glad I actually have hair

DH going away on a bike riding thing today for 3 days - freedom!!!!
Sue
-
Rosemary, loved reading your boring news!
-
From the Jon Stewart show last night - "Long bony arms and legs, like super-sexy political tarantulas."
And that's all I'm saying, except for a from-the-gut BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
-
What's wrong with my counter?
-
Nothing - there are 2 - one on the actual thread and one when you see the thread in your favourite topics.
