Are you guys playing tricks on me? I can't see E's guinea pigs anywhere!
Now, if I could just figure out how to get pics of my oh-so-gorgeous felines from iphoto into BCO...
Speaking of fish as pets.....I had them as a girl but never tried to pet them. However, I was talking to someone the other day who had pet fish and he said one of them used to swim up to the surface of the fish tank and allow him to gently rub his back! Sweet!
-
Linda I thought it was me. I can't see E's guinea pigs eithyer. The post says deleted by Enjoyful.
About fish, koi are a lot smarter than one would think. Every afternoon when I came to feed them they would all swim over to the edge where I was and I would put my hand in the water and they would rub it and suckle my fingers. Weird but other times I would go out and call my favorite one, Worf, and he would come swimming right over.
-
Linda .. if you post your pics to Facebook first, all you have to do is copy and paste them over here. It's more complicated if you use photobucket or one of those sites.
Maybe E is having trouble getting the guinea pics back on the page.

Happy Canada Day to our Canadian friends.
Caerus-Sunflowers What is a milk snake?

-
Thanks Bren -- It worked!
-
You're welcome .. Mr. Toffee is very beautiful!

Thanks anyway Cindy! Not that I knew how to do it before I switched over to a Mac (I LOVE it!) but I'm still learning about this new "machine" and need all the help I can get!
I's already posted these pics to FB so Bren's direction came in handy! Yours will too!

Copied this one from Facebook .. my two grandsons at the beach.
Athena .. I'm sorry you aren't up to par .. big hugs coming your way.

Oh, Bren, they are adorable. Their swim trunks look like jams. Remember jams from the 80's? We just had a discussion about them last weekend. My kids made their own in home ec class.
-
Thanks Allison .. I love them so much .. and miss them. I was just home in April and can't get back to see them until this October. I'm trying to go twice a year for their birthdays.
hugs,
Bren

Linda adorable kitties. Bren beautiful kids! {{ATHENA}}}
-
Bren, your grandkids are adorable!. I love seeing all these pictures. Here's our "Gizmo" who passed away last Christmas.
-
Gracie .. I'm so sorry you lost Gizmo. I lost my beloved Bobo almost two years ago, and I'm still sad that he's gone. I miss him .. he was huge at 96 lbs, but he was my baby.

How do I do the facebook copy photo thingy? God, I'm an idiot sometimes.
-
E .. first post your picture onto Facebook. Then use your right click button on the picture to copy it. Then in this comment box, right click again to paste the picture. It's easier than using photobucket.
-
Thanks Bren. Losing pets hurts. Bobo and Gizmo are playing happily somewhere, I'm sure.
-
Absolutely!
-
And Camilla and Athena!

On a happier note, we're picking up our new dog tomorrow. Finally made up our minds and decided to get another Coton. I've only seen pictures of him so I can't wait to find out what he's like. He's going to be a test drive to see if he gets along with our cat and other dog. When I talked to the breeder, she gave me the saddest story. She sold this dog to an elderly couple two years ago and the husband passed away and the wife could not look after him on her own so "Max" was returned to her. She's had him for 6 months and nobody wants him because he has the recessive gene that makes him not white (the breed standard). We're taking him, hopefully forever.
-
My Bobo just before he died.
-
Gracie .. I hope it works out with Max .. it sounds like he needs a 'forever' home. I hope he gets along well with your other pets. What color is he if he's not white?
Post a picture of him when you bring him home!
Bren
PS ... Summertyme .. I know how much you miss Dahlia .. sending you a big hug.
-
It doesn't work in Firefox. I'll try again with IE later.
Bobo is gorgeous!
-
He's black, white and grey from what I can tell from the pictures she sent. A "hot mess" of color is what she told me! I'll post a picture of him when he arrives.
I truly believe Dahlia, Bobo, Camilla, Athena and Gizmo are all romping happily in their next life.
-
E ... I'll post their pic for you. arghh FB is acting up so it might take a few minutes.
-
Heading for my Mammogram and ultrasound before I see the BS next week for my 1 year follow up. Wish me luck.
-
