Guess the rapture came .. and I got left behind.

Not to worry, Bren, it won't get here until 6PM. You still can make the cut!
-
Just heard from ChrissyB in Aus. Still kicking there.
-
I'd hate for it to happen on my birthday!
-
Is it your birthday Blue? HAPPY BDAY!!!!!
-
Yup, and wouldn't you know it, supposed to be the end of the world.....am I important, or what? hehehehehe!
-
Hmmm. I thought I had missed the Rapture, but now I hear it's not till this evening? I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't waste time cleaning the house this morning? I may not be a believer, but I'm a pretty decent person. And I could do a quick repent and call it good, right??
Blue, happy birthday!!!! I'm glad you'll be sticking around with me when the Rapture does come. I know I'll be in great company!
-
Happy Birthday blue ... and of course you are that important!!!
Which does not mean you will be flying upward at 6:00 pm though
You have to stay here with the rest of us and use your magical brain antenna to protect us from the zombies. I'm on my way to Canada now so I can hide behind you.
Or maybe that prediction guy just needs new glasses and his calendar really says "blue's birthday" instead of "end of the world"???
Stay tuned to this channel for further developments as the day progresses ...
-
For Blue, some last vices to enjoy before the Rapture takes you.
-
Happy Birthday Blue .. hope you are having a fantastic day!
Guess I didn't miss the rapture after all. I like it here, I don't want to be raptured!

Happy Birthday, Blue!
Oh wait -- that might be for some people trying to save the oceans... So, here's your OTHER cake!
-
Jim on a cake! What could be better? (Oh yeah, Jim IN the cake
)
-
OMG .. that cake looks so good!
-
Happy Birthday Blue.
My daughter left a little while ago with her 3 kids-the oldest one will be 5 in August. She left them here while she ran a 5K down the road. While she was here she and my son and my DH buried the cat and put the dock in the lake while I did yard work.
We finally had a sunny day so I could get some stuff done but I ran out of energy .Tomorrow is supposed to be nice too, so I will start digging out a flower garden to plant veggies.
-
WOW, Anne, GREAT cake!!
-
Now if we could get a naked Jim to jump out of the cake, Blue's life will not have been in vain!
I've had The Doors' "This is the End" running through my head for a while today.
-
Happy Birthday Blue - see, the sun came out for your birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! And many more to come! Rapture or not, you will see many more, as will all of us, is my wish and belief.
Been cleaning up after the storms and haven't had time to do much but keep up on the thread. Sunday night at 8:00 CDT, the Discovery Channel will have a special about the Alabama tornado outbreak of April 27, if anyone wants to see what a few tornados can do. A lot of wind can make a mess in places other than DC.
Hit the 4 year mark on May 10. Arimidex has taken a toll in the last 4 years but I'm glad to be here to complain.
Why is it that political wives can't see or refuse to acknowledge what's under their nose? I don't think a it was any secret that Arnie had the potential to be less than faithful. Is "faithful" an option for them? It was obvious that Hillary was po'ed about Bill but she stuck by her man. For some reason, I don't find that trait, appealing. I really would have had more respect for all of them if they'd kicked the scum down the Capitol steps. -
Well ....... it's 9 pm and no rapture. I guess now we are all vampires. Can I buy brains at the grocery store? I don't have any in the house.
-
Had a great day. Guess we have to now be on the lookout for zombies. Hope none of them show up tonight. I'm too pooped to pop them!
-
Glad to hear your day was great, Blue. I'm sorry you had a bit of a scare, finding out that the end of the world (as we know it?) was supposed to take place on your birthday.
I'm here, you're here, we're all here, yes?

Happy Birthday Blue!

happy birthday blue:)

Happy Birthday Blue!
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one still here.
-
Yep we're all here! And no zombies......YET!
Thank you so much for the b/d wishes. Every b/d has more meaning to me. I am so happy for the friendship I have here. My Ray is taking me to an antique market today to pick out my gift. I have a houseful of antiques to match me. hehehehehehe!
-
Happy Birthday Blue.
-
Blue, I hope you find just the right thing for a present. I love antiquing.
-
Kadeeb -- thanks for the head up about the Discovery Channel's show on the tornadoes. These last 15 or so years have been chockfull of weather-related calamities and destruction. Are there still people who believe climate change/global warming is not at least partly responsible?
Anyhow, we are all so happy that you and your loved ones survived this recent blast from Mother Nature.
-
Are you sure you are still here?? Maybe you are now living with me in a completely different dimension and will soon be able to talk to the animals too! Remember, I mentioned eating "brains" for breakfast as a child so I was being prepared long before dear Blue discovered her "brain" food. If you suddenly start seeing all your deceased relatives, don't fear. It's just a part of the "new" dimension you all may be living on. The "old" one was full of crime, sickness, and poverty. Nothing really to miss. If someone can't read my message, maybe you were naughty and had to stay behind. Or maybe your computer crashed!
-
Belated Happy Birthday Blue!
We are all still here, no sign of zombies.. .......up to the very end, the website for the EoftheW people was still going strong. Feel so sorry for all the people snowed by this man---newpaper article said they reported income in the tens of millions of dollars---just think of all the suffering that could have been alleviated with the money they spent on stupid billboards. . . . .
