Barbara, that CDC link cracked me up.  I bet more people have looked at the emergency preparedness guidelines since that went up than in however many years they've been posting the plain old vanilla list.

The rapture crowd didn't worry me all that much until Barbara's second link.  Now I'm scared and worried - really killing their pets?!!!

I've gotta get out of here before the zombies get me - or did they already?

Dinner tonight is grilled pork loin with a colored vegetable and some nasty, starchy potatoes.  And, some Sister Schubert's yeast rolls, if I can locate them in the Antarctic ice fields (http://www.sisterschuberts.com/products/nutrition.dT/dinner-yeast-rolls-10ct-bag).

I am a bit concerned, however, because I just sent an email to a friend in Australia and it bounced back. I pretty sure no friends of mine are qualified to be "raptured"!!!!!!

Hannibal Lector prefers a nice chianti when he dines on brains.

I'm much rather have enchiladas verde -- one of my favourites.  And the only rapture I know of is when I have a really yummy dessert.  Or when Boston Boy was really on his game.

Will the Rapture happen all at once like a Big Bang, or will it be like New Years, and we can watch it happen in Paris, then NYC, then Denver, etc per time zone??
