 Congratulations to the losers!  I was up today.  My weight changes as much as 2.5 lbs from one day to another.

Monday I went to a WW meeting.  My last time to attend was last June.  It's always helpful to sit in a meeting and absorb that strong desire to lose weight!  Hoping to latch on to a downward trend and get back into some clothes I've outgrown.

No one weighed in this week? I was 136 on Wed and 135 today. Both are up from last week.

I was up a pound from too much Mother's Day celebrating!

I lost .2 pounds if that even counts. I'll take it! I've been using MyFitnessPal.com and fitbit to track but it seems slow going.

My scale needs replacing. Today I stepped on it multiple times and got multiple weights from 131.5 (I wish) to 148.5 (totally wrong). Grrrr.

I have a good excuse not to weigh!  Can't step on the scale thanks to foot surgery on left foot.

Well, I went to a baseball tournament....brats, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, tacos in a bag, fries, candy, tons of sunflower seeds.......the scale is up 3 pounds......

It was 2 wks today that I had foot surgery.  I'm healed enough to stand on the scales again and the news isn't good!

I was 135 this morning. I still need to replace the scale, but it seemed to be more reliable today.

Today my scale said 132.5, which would be a 2.5 lb loss. I sure hope it isn't lying to me. That would be wonderful. I'm going to weigh at the senior center too and see what it says.

164.  Maintaining at an overweight level.  Tried on clothes at Chico's today.  Reinforced the need to lose some of this flab.

Haven't really been posting at the right time but after losing tiny bits over the course of 3 months it has added up to 3 lbs. Gone. My MO was very pleased at my last appt. Me too

No progress here.  Too much good eating, both restaurant meals and home-cooked meals.  Back to healthy food basics starting today.

Down 2, which puts me back to where I started before my last eating binge started. I leave for vacation on Friday. I am pretty sure that when I weigh in two weeks from now, I will not be having a good report weight-wise!

Up 1.5 to 134. Maybe last week was just my scale being weird.

Finally caught a downtrend. I am 500 grams lighter than two weeks ago. Hope there's good news from others, too.
