Wednesday Weigh In
Comments

Yea Carole
-
You can do it Carole!
I forgot to weigh in yesterday and today I'm a lot heavier, I'm sure. Up 800 grams.
-
Totally missed Wednesday but I was up so probably selective memory!
-
Forgot to weigh in again on Wed. I'm down 400 grams from last Thursday.
-
I was up .2........which is actually very good since I spent the entire week celebrating my birthday (ie eating all bad things, all the time).
-
Stayed the same, 133.5.
-
Maintained again.
-
I am back up but not giving up. My birthday celebrating wasn't low-cal. But it was most enjoyable. My extra lbs should be getting toned. With all the rain we're having the last couple of weeks, I've been going to the gym a lot.
-
Missed Wednesday again but I'm up. Next few days will be challenging so will try and minimize the damage for next week.
-
Hang in there, Patoo. You will get back on the losing track.
-
Down .5 to 133. So why aren't my clothes comfortable?
-
Down .8 .
Have you been exercising Wrenn? And/or something I've noticed is that styles have changed and some of my older clothes, which still fit 'fine', feel 'funny' when I put them on.
-
No, I hate exercise but I'd better get on that. It's hard to talk myself into walking when it's so rainy. These clothes fit in Sept. so it's not a style change but a body change. It looks like I've gained weight only in front from below my boobs to my thighs.
-
gotta do some core and ab work
Come over to the "Lets Post Our Daily Exercise" thread if you want some nudging!
-
down 100 g. 1000 more to go.
-
Down 1 lb from yesterday to 163.5. Up and down. Up and down. I just enjoy food so much.
-
Think I'm down but too lazy to go upstairs and look at the calendar. Did go buy 2 pairs of slacks Sunday afternoon and was able to easily fit into a size smaller - YAY!!!
Wren, could it be the Arimidex? It tends to 'help' us add to our middle so try and get into some exercise everyday. 30 mins a day doing something, walking, a DVD, something, anything, will help.
-
Up 2
-
We'll do better next week Magical!
-
I am doing loseit.com, did not cheat even once all week and lost 2 pounds......so I guess being good actually works. SIgh, want that magic bullet!
-
Great job ruth and carole! I'm down another 100 grams, too.
-
Up .5 to 133.5. I hopped on the scale a few days ago and it said 147.5! Got me there for a moment. DH is looking at how to reset it because it subtracted 20lbs for him.
-
Missed yesterday again. Was down .6. Haven't done loseit for about 3 weeks now and need to get back to it. Did misplace my fitbit, somewhere in the house. Probably dropped in a box and won't see it until after my move later this year. Sigh.
-
Stayed at 133.5. Want it lower, but at least it wasn't a gain.
-
Down one again....whoo hoo! Loseit.com and the fitbit I just started wearing may make an honest woman of me yet!
-
Still doing my up and down dance, trying to get back down to 160 and then below that. 162 this morning. Down from 166.5 on Mon. morning but a lot of that weight was bloating from eating food not prepared at home and thus high in sodium.
Congratulations to the losers! Losers in the best possible sense.
-
Up .4. Doing lots of packing which involves lifting/pushing boxes but not enough really to count as exercise. Could be worse and need to get back to loseit also would help.
-
wren, anything that isn't a gain is a cause for celebration! Patoo, hope you found your fitbit, because Ruth might just have pinched it. Carole, this is a marathon of trying to get more losses than gains. Ughh. Up 300 grams. All those chocolate bunnies and eggs don't want to hide from me. Yikes! -
Easter....up.....need I say more?
-
Hello all, I'm joining this crowd! Got my fitbit and am tracking food on MyFitnessPal.com. I gained about 5 lbs. Since diagnosis /dropping diuretic from my BP medicine routine. I'm 5 ft. 1 inches and need to lose 30 but nutritionist said to start with 17. You don't know it but many of you have encouraged me already through your posts. To healthier habits!!
