Thanks you all. Everytime I think about it, I feel like my chest recieves a little zap. I seem to have a bit of anxiety, even though I have been through this beofre, and made it just fine. It gives me comfort to know that I have your prayers and good thoughts coming my way, and that you all will be with me. (Sewing extra pockets on my shirt, I want you all to be comfy)
-
(((Meece))) I am hopping in your pocket right now
-
Thank you. Melting down today. I feel so stupid, because this is going to pan out just fine!
-
Meece..................Praying for you
-
Meece..............By the way, make my pocket extra large............I'm bringing along your guardian angel...........
-
Thank you. DH said I should sew to find my happy place today.
-
I'm in there with all the sisters Meece!
-
Seyla888, Hope all is well with you today and that your dad is showing some improvement in his health. Just wanted to stop in to say, Woo-hoo! 7,000 POSTS! You have made a very nice home for all of us Stage I Sisters!
-
Wow, that's a milestone, Seyla. You should consider yourself sucessful. We do!
-
ok meecesince so many are in your pockets I am just gonna throw my arms around you like a monkey...you ain't going alone...as is patently obvious:) You know what is funny, how often anywhere else can one find so much sincere feeling...it ticks me to be halfway across the country or by god, I would be there with you tomorrow as I am sure the rest would as well. It is no small thing, this caring:)
-
Just knowing that you are with me in thoughts, and spirit makes it better. I really need to just watch a chick flick and cry, but having the kids over for dinner tonight after the reception, so I will have to buck up.
-
Meece- you don''t have to buck up anything! If you feel like crying CRY, if you feel like dancing DANCE!
-
Heck, Cry and Dance at the same time
-
I probably will.
-
YEAH! That is what I do:) I even laugh and cry at the same time, so there:P
-
Well I feel pretty composed right now. So it may take a chick flick to get me started.
-
Meece- I had a meltdown two Fridays ago and to keep the cry going, I watched 3 episodes of Private Practice...so maudlin and chintzy but it got the tear ducts working in full gear anyhow...felt good to just weep out some of the anxiety, you know? chick flick it was!~

Hi Everyone I was out all day almost.
Father is back in the Hospital from Extended Care and he is not doing very well.
-
Yes I wasn't here to celebrate 7000 posts. Sorry.
Tomorrow is my 6th year Anniversary. We went out tonight and I had grease food and FF and beer. Special occasion.
It was 6 years ago and it was on a Friday also i received the phone call at 11;30 in the morning when my whole life changed.
I'm so grateful I'm still here.
Many Anniversaries to all My Sisters♥
-
Oh Sheila! Happy Happy Tomorrow! It gives us all hope. FF? Beer? Were you with BBB?
-
NO BBB.
My fathers family came from Canada today.
They took me out to dinner.
-
Dear Sheila,
Since it is "tomorrow" here for me on the east coast, as well as for you right now, I want to wish you a very Happy Cancerversary with MANY, MANY more to come! ♥
You have helped me so much since I have known you, you are a wonderful sister/friend. ♥
Keeping your {{Father}} in my prayers.
Love & hugs,
Val
Edited to add: Congrats on 7000 posts! This is "home" to me & I thank you for that.
-
{{{{{Meecie}}}}}
I will be with you tomorrow.
♥
-
Thank you, Val.
Sandee, I watched an episode of My Fair Wedding where the bride was a BC survivor and her wedding theme was BC Awareness. I got a few tear flowing.
I drove to pick up DH so he could come with me to the RFL Survivor reception. It is usually a 25 minute drive, but today, in the rain, and due to road work it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes!
-
{{{SHEILA}}} Prayers for your father.
(((MEECE))) In your pocket today!
