-
Are you headed for recon, Chabba?
-
No Meece, just delayed 6 month follow up. I will be asking him why I'm still swollen and will the heavy, denseness go away though.
-
chabba - Will be thinking about you this afternoon. Hope you get some answers and a good 6 mo report.
-
Thank you jo.

Yes, to a good follow up report!!!

Thanks Meece

After sitting for a half an hour or more, I can barely move - I feel a lot older than 43! Is this a common SE of chemo and/or radiation and/or BC?? It's horrible!
-
marriedblis, I think it is probably pretty common. I didn't have chemo but BC tx takes a toll on your body, beating it up for awhile. Hang in there and just let yourself do what you can, when you can, if you can, and if you can't, don't stress over it.
HUGS.
-
marriedblis...Hi....yes it is from chemo and you dont have to be in active chemo to feel that type of tiredness.
I read it some place they actually call it Cancer Tiredness.
(((Hugs)))

Wow! catching up when you miss a few days takes a while. I know I tend to say that everytime I'm off. I am so hoping come income tax time I get my computer repaired or a new one and I won't have to keep borrowing my daughters then I can be on more. It is so very hard to share with a 21 yr old who chats on line with her hubby who doesn't get to live with her through the week.
I hope everyone that had doc appts today received good news? I see that nothing has been posted as of yet. I am saying a prayer for you. Welcome to the newbies teal3 !!!
Sheila counting down the mins till tomorrow night and any of the rest that are watching AI!
Val how are things going? I hope all of you are staying warm I guess there have been some very frigid temps up the East coast and lots of snow too!!

Back from the surgeon - now scared and cried all the way home. Surgeon has ordered a bone scan and CT scan for Thurs - won't get the results until Feb 4th. Still having the burning sensation - 23 days now - and I am not sure what is going to happen from here. This has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Soooo many things have gone wrong. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET A BREAK???
OK! I'll stop whining. Thanks for listening.
-
jo..This is the bone Scan Machine. I had one after DX.
I understand you are anxious and nervous.
We will hold your hand every day if its necessary
((((HUGS)))) ♥♥♥♥♥
-
Please you do not have to stop writing, whining and whatever else you need to do.
This is the time we would like to see you on these boards
♥
-
SHeila - That looks intimidating. Is there any special preparation for this or is it like getting an x-ray? Also going to look up the CT scan - not sure if I have had one of those either.
-
jo...Im almost sure there was a preparation before Bone scan.
I had too many different ones .I don't remember.
What type of CT your DR ordered?
