Northern New Jersey Sisters??

Hi
I was wondering if the NJ group was still around? Or are there any Nothern NJ sisters? I live in
Rockland County which boards NJ. Let me know who is around. Hugs to all.
-
I have been wondering the same thing and just happened upon this thread. Would love to meet some others who are going through the same thing as me.
-
I'm in NYC but I'm game, especially if I can take the Palisades.
-
I'm in Morris County but we could do a meet up somewhere in Bergen County. That's kind of between here and NYC. Come on ladies, I know there are more of you Jersey Girls out there!?
-
Hi Lauren3 and Suz42. I forgot to keep checking this thread. I am glad to see that a few are interested in meeting. I am alittle upset because I can't set a date for a few weeks because I must be around to help out our son move while they are waiting the arrival of their 1st. baby! Exciting stuff.
Please let us keep in contact so we can set a date to get together. Until then (HUGS)

Waiting a few weeks works for me! Maybe we will be able to get a few others to join us!
-
I'm also in Bergen County. I'd be up to any kind of get together.
-
Suz mentioned possibly meeting in Palisades Park.
-
Okay, so I am going crazy. I can make next weekend Sat or Sun. If labor happens. I'll
have to cancel. Palisades Park? Which day and where? I don't know the area or what
is around there. Let me know.
-
I can't do next weekend b/c it will only be a few days after chemo for me
-
Hi Lauren3,
Not a problem. I think my next free weekend will Oct 12? Good luck with the chemo. Drink
lots of water! I will be thinking of you. Bye for now
-
I am interested in joining you. I am from West Essex County. I will keep checking here.
-
Hi gals. Bergen county here. Would love to meet up too. There seems to be lots of us from NJ. How is everyone feeling?
-
Feeling crummy from my Nulasta shot today but all in all hanging in there. I grew up in Bergen County!
-
Lauren3 really sorry about the Nulasta shot. They threatened me with that shot many times, like I had any control over my numbers!
Gosh, I am so close to Bergen County. I live in Pearl River, NY. I kind of live almost on the line.
Hope all everyone will start feeling better soon. Let me know when you are ready to pick a date.
Stay well

Hi Ladies! Looks like I stumbled upon this topic just in time. I am in Paramus, smack in the middle of all of you!! I am newly diagnosed (Aug. 6, 2009) and would love to have some local support!
Please keep me updated on any meet that is arranged.
-
Paramus wouldn't be a bad spot to meet up actually since there's so much there...
-
Is anyone free during the week or are we thinking only of weekends??
-
I can do during the week but I'd need to bring my 2 year old son!
-
I can make it during the week. My DIL is due to have a baby anyday now so I won't be available until after 10/12.
I will keep checking in to see if there are any location/dates posted. Stay well.
-
10/14 is supposed to be my last chemo so maybe we can plan it towards the end of October once I'm feeling better from that.
-
Hi ladies- I am in Morris County. Would LOVE to meet up. Any plans in the works? I am open as to day and time. I can offer my home for a get together. I live by Rt 80, 287 and 10, easy to get to.

Hey, Good for you Lauren3 on your last Chemo treatment. Happy Dance for you! Been there and done that. I hope you will feel better fast. Thinking of you!
-
EWB - we are neighbors! We're looking to plan something maybe the end of October? Early November perhaps?
-
How about we do this -- anyone who is interested in this meet up, please PM me your email address and I will get an email correspondence going. We can "reply to all" when responding and hopefully get a date/time/location that works for everyone.
-
I would love to meet w/you ladies. I'm game for any day.
-
MBCR - if you want to PM me your email address I will add you to the correspondence.
-
I would love to join in! Live in Piermont, NY but work-wise, I'm based in Englewood. I'll keep checking in and see what you're scheduling. I have my third A/C with Avastin next Thursday, so you know how that goes.
-
Hang in there littletower...we're with you
