Coonie I can't wait to meet you and your family in person.
At least I already know what I'll bring for a hostess gift.
-
OHhhh Thanks Sharon! But most of our relatives are BORN with teeth!!
BIG teeth
It's jus when we get older, well uummmm....we start losing them, and some
are even ACCUSED of stealing them!!
hehe....my funny Aunt....always thinking somebody took her teeth
-
Well, I guess it's family photo album day
Here's my great great granny.....she just usually keeps hers by the bed
in a glass I think....
OH now here's my sweet uncle. Never been to the dentist a day in his life.
He always said the best way to have healthy teeth, was to exercise them daily.
And.........that's what he did.....
-
Coonie!! You're leaving for how long? 10 days? That's a genuine escape.
You'd better find McDonalds with WiFi periodically, cuz I'm not sure we can manage that long without you.
Safe travels and soak up all the music you can find. DD going along?? Please congratulate her -- from me. We're fortunate to be adding her ability into the profession!!
-
Awwhhh thanks Faithie!! It'll actually be about 8 days....leaving tomorrow and coming back next Sunday. And I'm sure I'll have to find some high speed internet along the way:)
Hope you and your family have a Blessed Easter!!
-
Just to "catch you" beofre you go!
Thanks for being such a doll and have a super holiday!
Shiny xx
-
Have a great trip coonie!
-
-
You guys are a riot.... safe travels Coonie! Bummer I missed the whole teeth conversation ... too funny.
Having dinner then headed to Easter Vigil - Happy Easter to all.
-
Happy Easter to you, DH and DD Checkum.
As for the tooth thingy. Well lets just say this.........a DENTIST in the family might have been a huge asset!!!!!!!
-
Happy Easter to all of my beloved Sisters!
-
-
Escapeeees.
I just saw on FB that on the other side of Checkum's mountain are numerous fires, being carried thru little villages by enormous winds.
Please send up prayers that all are kept safe as they fight this scourge.
Checkum. Please keep us posted.
-
There's mountains in New Hampshire?
-
Good morning escapers. Faith, how awful. I sure wasn't aware of that. Keep us posted. You'd think with snow melt and spring rain that dryness wouldn't be an issue so early in the year. Checkum, you ok????? I'm sending a crew down to keep you all safe.
-
Hmmmm, let's see.....I'll take the one with the broom, he can clean!
-
The fire yesterday... what a sad day to see such destruction. Sharon- nice morning visual (smile)
-
Are those pics of the actual fires? Near you Checkum?
How awful!!!
Yep, just checked the internet. So sad.
-
The "good" part was that these are all summer camps/cottages. They were unoccupied. If there is any good part about it, it could have been much worse if the houses had all been occupied.
-
OMG, fire is so powerful! Violent! Destructive! Scary;....
-
Did everyone escape to work today?
Well, I'm escaping to paradise.
-
Oh, this looks like fun too.
-
Jo? Try this.
-
-
-
JO and Sharon, I will meet you both there. It's looks beautiful and relaxing! Perhaps once we're there we could start a fire and have those firemen put it out? All while having frozen mudslides?
-
Ya, how else would one attract so many hunks at once? Something about a man in uniform.......and out of uniform too.
-
We are safely home from Covina...
We were with my middle son and his wife..had a great time
these were in their yard.
-
Hi there..yes my pictures..a couple more
-
Thanks for the Jo, Jo!
Lisa - beautiful flowers!! Roses are my favorite flower in the world. My DH brings me home one rose a week and has for the past 18 years. He has even managed to find me cobalt blue roses from a shop in Boston. They are cool! I collect cobalt glass so the blue roses look really great in a cobalt vase!
