I took a nice long walk today. I'm feeling good.

Oh, I wish I could have done that. Wasn't it crazy hot and humid in NY?? Still mid 90's and very humid in Boston. I just can't walk when it's like that.

Yes it was hot. I'm not sure if Central park reached 90. I took a chance. I was very hot.
Since I'm reading too much about Vitamin D I decided to expose my body to the sun. (Fully clothed of course)

I think I have vitamin d overload! I drink milk, my favorite beverage which is strange, I know. I love the sun and get out in as much as possible, year round, and I take supplements.
