Thinking Out Loud.....

Because I had another irregular heart beat attack the day after i had my major panic attack last week was it ???????. I almost went to ER
she thinks for the peace of mind i should have the EKG.......
I don't want any problems before the wedding,,,but again yesterday fainting episode with cold flashes really scared me.

I'm cooking today.
-
Cooking is good. I think it's a good idea to have the test done to. When is it scheduled?
-
My Dh is in Colorado driving my fav car! I am soooo jealous!
-
Did you miss him or the car?

(((Sheila)))
I have an EKG every year cause I'm getting old, LOL.
Went to the minute clinic at CVS after work, I was feeling pressure in my ear since Sunday. Last night got a touch of vertigo and felt sick. No infection or redness just a little fluid in the inner ear. So the nurse suggested Zyrtek with advil. I will take one tonight. She said just a few days should take care of the fluid.

(((TOL)))

Deb...I do get an EKG once a year for years now part of the annual.
I still don't have a Primary or an Oncologist.
Yes I know it's my fault.
Last EKG was done last April 21,,it was fine.
Feel better♥
-
You really need to get set up with a primary. Then you have someone with a broader practice to watch all aspects of your health.
-
Hi Meece.....I know I lost both of my Doctors for Insurance reasons.
i saw primary in January 2012...everything was fine.
And the last Oncology visit was also in January of this year with all the blood-work +TM test...that was fine.
I think i'm getting nervous to start with new DR's again....but I know I have to take care of this issue...♥
-
Shiela and Deb get better...
Shiela you need a dr. My dr. died had to get a new one, so pissed.
Thanks isn't she beautiful, looks like Andrew I think....
have a good night all it is 1049pm, going to lay down!!!
-
I hate to start with new drs. as well. I mean you invest a lot of time (and insurance) starting a new one, and if you don't like him/her, you have to wait until your insurance will pay for you to see a different one, then you start the routine again.
I had a bad experience a few years ago when my Gyno died. His widow sold my files to another dr. who wouldn't let me just have it. I went to hime 3-4 times, then had to pay$50 to get my old file or it was going to be destroyed.
-
Meece I had my Primary since 1986 when he first came to practice. He knew me so well.
I guess tomorrow this will be my first priority.....worse comes to worse i will go to ER....i hate doing that.
Hi Sandy. GoodNight♥
-
But, do what you need to do to stay healthy, Sheila. We care!!!
I had my Gyno since 1986 as well. With all my probs I saw him frequent enough to know him as a friend. Saw him a couple of days before he passed and it came as such a surprise.
-
Thanks for caring Meece.
GYN...i was all over the place....primary also did that for years.
Now i go to PP and i'm very content with their care... they even did that HPV (sp) test
It must be hard when they pass away.
-
It was. I credit it him for saving my last two children.
-
Good Night
♥TOL♥

GET A DR TODAY SHEILA!!!!
Good Morning all!
-
DITTO, SHEILA!!!!

((((((((Sheila)))))))))
I have doctors, but I want better ones. DD's ob/gyn wrote her a Rx for the wrong med last week - I told the bitch at the front desk (sorry, but they aren't friendly and they should be) after DD's appt (that they didn't call me into after her exam) that the doctor gave DD the wrong samples. Front desk lady got a nurse (med asst?) to talk to me. She talked to the doctor and then tried to feed me a line that the samples are the same as the med DD was taking. I didn't think so - I thought they were the same med she started on last year that wasn't strong enough. Not remembering the dosages of the different drugs in the med she was currently taking or the one she took a year ago that wasn't strong enough - I went home and checked her Rx. Yup - wrong med. So I called the pharmacy to see what med they might have called in/transmitted. They had 2 (maybe 3) One for the correct med that the pharmacy requested a refill for before DD's appt that day. And one for the wrong med that the doctor called in/transmitted after the appt. Morons. And I brought it to their attention before I left the office and they dismissed me. I can only hope they would pay more attention if this med being wrong was a dangerous situation. Fortunately, I do have one refill of the right med for now. Pharmacy called the doctor's office last Monday to try to straighten out the wrong Rx. As of last Tuesday evening, the pharmacy hadn't heard from the doctor. And I haven't heard from either of them in a week. Once again, I have to try to chase them down and get them to do their jobs right. WTF?
I have a list of problems I've had in dealing with this office (why do I still go there?!!!!) Now I'm wondering - if I do change doctors (to my friend's doctor who she says is good) - how much am I going to have to pay to have copies of my records sent to a new doctor?
-
Waaaah. My left arm hurts. Feels like it's coming from my shoulder - but it's really coming from my neck. I hurt my neck laying funny on the couch after my ankle surgery (in Dec) and it's still not better. It doesn't hurt every day, so it is getting a little better, but today is not a good day. I was going to say I must have slept funny, but it might be from sitting at the kitchen table studying (I still have to take that test). Leave it to me to hurt myself studying.
-
I thought the records were the patients' but I had to pay for my records from my former Gyno and .50 a page for a copy of the records from the "new" one. I gladly did it to be able to have these records in my possession.
-
.50 a page times 18 years.... that'll cost a lot. I think they are in the process of converting to electronic records. I wonder if that means they are scanning all the medical records. If so, maybe it won't be so expensive to transfer electronic files to a new doctor- after they are done with their conversion...
-
I got my dr. when I was 19 and he died 3 years ago and the week before I told him, don't ever die cause then I have to find another dr. and then he did...damn him it was a PIA finding another one, who now I love this one...
