    I remember as a kid you could buy them at a pet store or a department store that had a pet section.

    I heard birds singing before - sounded like spring. Good thing that big storm is going to stay to our south...or at least it was last I checked. Not really wanting to shovel a foot or more of snow... I want spring!

    Forsythia are just itching to bloom, aren't they?  Our neighbor's forsythia always have some flowers on them in December when we have a few unseasonably warm days. Just a little reminder spring will be back!  Hope it comes soon!

    Tulips, already?  I think our local groundhog did say it would be an early spring.  I hope it doesn't snow on them.  They are hardy though, aren't they?  (Except for when the animals get them - we used to have tulips and something kept eating them!)

    Now you're making me want to go clip some forsythia. We have some that spread like crazy - do you have to cut them on a "joint" or does it not matter where you cut them? I do NOT have a green thumb. I kill plants so I have no idea how to clip branches to bring them inside. I always say I'm lucky my kids are still alive...

    Clip them the length you want and above a bud, joint is OK TOO.  Hit the end of the stem to split it to dring up water easily.

    Hugs Sheila................................My life is so exciting I could "shit"..............just finished the Sunday crossword puzzle....................now hows that for fun..................only good thing is, I can still do them, at 76, and get them done..............................Guess stupidity isn't one of my problems.........................at least not yet....................hve a good day girlfriend.........hugs.

    Well it seems like i have to get a port...my arm hurts and is red and have to get gemzar on Wednesday....schit schit schit, without it I don't have to think about it every minute of every day, but with that stupid thing it is there and reality.....have been avoiding it but can't so will call the dr. tomorrow and see what he wants to do....the 1 vein they use for everything just can't take it anymore and the gemzar is irritating.....but I will be fine....

    Put pix of the bd party on fb...Charli will be 2 on 2/24 AND Jamie is due in 16 days....omg....birthday party was interesting, grandchildren were there but don't know each other and my kids are azzholes, they don't talk so their kids are suffering AND Giovanni just came back into the family in June after being gone for 5 years and he is 7,......what is wrong with these kids....need some of your slapping Shiela OR Ducky bet you can straighten them out....

    HAPPY SUNDAY!!! my Hershey vacation is coming in 2 weeks and although it is down from 4 days to 3 am way excited...

    Blondie..............................Weather has been good......................just waiting for the weather that says....................COME ON DOWN...........................Sam's in North Wildwood opened already for the season...........My daughter called yesterday..........they will be going down to put chlorine in the pool, and they always stop at Sam's...................

    Great day today.......and suppose to be even nicer this week............maybe I will take a ride with the if they go next weekend, and its nice like it is now.

    I want to take down all the winter art and hang flower pictures!  Not even March 1 yet and I am ready for some flowers.  They are up here, green, could bloom if we have more warm spells.  WHY WAIT, SPRING!? COME ON AND BLOOM
