Did you see Sam or MR. Hein Deb?
-
Aren't you seeing them both Sheila? ANd BBB?
-
Right now I'm with Mr. Hein.
Have to go to BBB to refund the scale i bought.
-
Good luck with BBB!
-
Good Morning! Are they making you breakfast, Sheila?
-
Wow, Sheila! I have been gone for awhile and you threw me for a loop. I saw a new "Sheila" with a Plumaria blossom and thought that someone ought to tell her that she looks too similar to Seyla!
-
Meece! Are you feeling better? I hope so.
Yeah- these sneaky ladies are changing their names - but they can't hide from us!
Sore today from cutting up branches yesterday.

DH cut most of the branches off one tree and then was afraid to cut the tree down - thought it might fall toward the neighbors' shed. We can't tell if it's tall enough to reach it or if it could fall that far. I hate to pay a crapload of money for someone else to cut it down - we're so close. Stupid Mother Nature.
(((((((TOL))))))))

Chris...It's such a beautiful day in NY. if you are experiencing the same just go out.
Meece...I'm glad you are back. thanks for watching for me LOL
I'm going to PO.

I have 3 letters
about1) Health Insurance......Don't like

2) Results of my Pap smear......Don't understand

3) Yearly health forms.......Now I'm legally called an obese.
Having MH = priceless.

-
You got that right Sheila! MH is sooooo important.
Call your doctor or a nurse and ask them to tell you the results of your pap. Tell them you don't understand .
-
I checked my BMI and I am not obese yet.
I might be getting there but not today
-
((((((((Sheila)))))))))
-
LOL, stop checking it. Whats the point? As long as you are happy, that's what counts!
-
Seyla Don't check it, like Ducky said, do what you want, eat what you want and live your life!!!
Right there with you linda..
Chris you are too funny....
Deb...how is Dad?
-
GF was delicous.
-
Now who is GF?

-
Not who what is GF hahahahahaha
-
I had GF too.
Dad is doing pretty good, I saw him tonight.
Friday night when I went to visit him, he was walking down the hallway to his apartment and I noticed his fleece pants looked wet. Well when he went to the bathroom earlier he did not put on a depends and had an accident with no protection. When I saw that I just went to his apartment ahead of him and pulled the string so the CNA would change him. Those girls are so great, nothing bothers them.
-
Blondie.....................joined weight watchers, lost 7 lbs.............I only did this not to look good, not because of my BMI................only because I thought maybe some weight loss might, just might help with the aches and pains from arthritis.......................as I said on another thread...........some of it could be the Femara, but I had problems before cancer...........and it is all caused by my "fat ass"...................so I am making an attempt. .......its pretty easy, and I can eat most anything, and I'm not hungry..............doing it for 1 month, and like I said 7 lbs off so far..................medication, and age, are not on my side, but I will stay with WW for a while to see how it works.....................I never was a "sweet eater"..............I'm a pepperoni, and cheese kind of gal...............love my salty, and for me that is a real NO NO............have a mild heart problem too, so I need to watch the salt......................will let you know how it all goes.
-
Good luck Ducky!
-
Yes, best of luck, Ducky! Me? I couldn't exercise when the power went out - no elliptical - and going for a "run" probably wouldn't have been safe AND there was a lot of Halloween candy around....sooooo...I'm just hoping I haven't put back on ALL the few pounds I had lost. Gotta get back to being good. I do have a sweet tooth and exercising to burn calories just makes me hungrier - Anyone know where I could buy some self control?
-
Pick some up for me too, Chris!
-
Nope chris I don't, IZ eat what i want, but if I lose it I don't gain it back, lost 10 lbs when I had the horrible SE's
Deb thanks for update, thoughts and prayers are with your dad
Ducky I lost 10lbs before on WW love it
Linda, my kids are off from school today are yours? They are home all the time anyway!!!
Seyla.....whatcha doin?
Raj, check back in
Foots where r u?
Diane, how is the house going?
Me just chillin it is like 70 today, have no reason to go out, could walk though, maybe I will!!
My son brought my grandson over last night, he is so adorable, used to go over his house but not liking dil (fake and caught her talking behind my back and she threw the twins out of their house so they don't even go over there and actually have no relationship with my son anymore, really) it was wonderful to see him, it has been. since June 8th, 2 times.
-
70 here today too! I'm heading out to lunch with a friend. Hope you all have nice weather!
-
Hope you get to go for a walk today, Sandy. Hope you can see your son and grandson more.
Hope you had a good time at lunch, Linda.
Back to class tonight. We've missed 3 classes now - one because the instructor didn't show up (this class has been so poorly organized - regular organizer has been out on maternity leave) and the other 2 because of the storm. We have only 3 classes left! Don't know what they are going to do about that - cram all the material into those classes or add more classes. I've been studying the same material for weeks now and feel like I still don't know it all. Mush for brains.
-
Hope the teacher shows up tonight. I bet you know the material inside and out! How did you find out about the classes?
-
Did the teacher show up
thanks Chris, no walk boys went out so had the house to myself so took that in.....
-
YAy for you Sandy! Yes, my kids have friday off too. I wish they would keep them in school to make up for the storm days. whatever. I will have a LONG June to myself!
-
Weight in day tomorrow..........................Lord I sure hop this works.......................you never know till you step on the damn scale.............................will let you all know how I make out.......................
