Congratulations, Deb! And glad the power is back on!
(((((((((paliminoridesagain)))))))))
Sheila - I tried to change my avatar and got the same message. I changed the postal code from blank to 0 and it took it and then I was able to add an avatar. Stupid technology.
Diane - you can't post pics on here directly - you have to insert the url once pics are uploaded somewhere like FB. Once the pics are on FB, you can put them on here too.
(((((((((TOL)))))))))))
-
chris...What is the postal code?
-
I got it. You meant the zip code.

So Much Chris. lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalallaaaaaa

Now that I had and still have so many teachers for my questions I will happily retire to my couch to watch TV.

Good Night♥

Good Morning

Hi! Good evening from India to everyone ! Have you all received any mail stating about winning prize money in pounds or Euro? I dont know whether you all will belief or not, I got a mail in my box that I won 750,000 Euro and asked me to claim the amount by payment of documentation fee of Rs.50,000/-. I knew this is happen only in India as there are so many fraudulant people collecting money from crazy people who wants easy earning but in lost. Many self styled DrPeter, Dr. Henry, Dr. Donald are looking for the right person who can easily fall in their prey. This is rediculous.

Hi Raj! So nice to see you. Glad you aren't falling for any of those scams. So scary.
After the storm, I have switched over to winter. Today, it's so nice out, I'm way overdressed. lol
Still lots of clean-up to do. DH is working. He probably could show me how to use the chain saw, but he'd probably rather do it himself. I feel stupid with 3 of us home and the yard not being cleaned up. And the kids have their final band competition on Saturday which will take up most of the day so I guess the clean-up will have to wait 'til Sunday... Luckily it looks like the weather will be dry.
((((((((TOL)))))))))
-
Hi Raj, Yes, we get those scams here too! DONT FALL FOR IT!!! Nice to see you!
Chris, you can all do yardwork this weekend. Chain saws are dangerous!
-
We got a letter recently asking us to call because someone had left us a lot of money
DH did it for fun and they said our relatives in China had left us everything. DH asked them how many Chinese people have our last name
-
Diane the first 3 letters of your last name sounds like Chinese
-
Did someone mention Chinese food?

Listening to the band rehearse...final performance at New England Championship on Saturday. I'll miss hearing them play... I won't miss sitting in the cold, but I'll miss watching them and hearing them improve from week to week. Sigh.
-
My poor neighbors in back of me still are without power.
Hi Raj♥
-
My parents don't have power, but my mom doesn't want to leave her house... From her description, it sounds like she's wearing all of her clothes. lol
-
Debbie, you should give your neighbor a really long extention cord!
-
More Breaking News.
The world is obsessed about us. It's becoming almost entertaining. Well you know what I mean.

-
Chris...What a terrible feeling to be cold.
I always think of Homeless People. Hawaii has the highest HOMELESS Population.
(((DEB)))
-
You can't just change your name without telling me! I was confused about who was writing what

-
If prolonged sitting increases my risk for cancer, can I reduce my risk if I lie down instead?
-
My mother isn't all that cold - she actually said she gets hot - probably from wearing too many clothes. It's just too bad they won't come over- they could have been hanging out with the kids all week since school was canceled.
DD said they cut down the trees on the islands in the parking lot at school. Such damage - so sad. Makes me feel sick.
When all the trees were weighed down with snow, I pictured all the branches breaking off. It reminded me of when we went to Montreal in the late 90s to visit my friend and on the way up, we saw the damage that had been done by that bad ice storm in northern NY and New England and Quebec. Just tree trunks lined the highway- the ice had broken off all the branches. It was terrible. Probably by now the trees have grown some new branches and it has gotten back to being a little more normal -but it takes a LONG time. Why does nature have to be so violent?
-
The price goes to Diane for noticing my name change which has been there the last 3 days.
Good Morning.
Chris you are funny.
now I go to stand up to reduce my BC risk.
HUGS

I thought she was talking about me!

This is a friggin joke.................sitting too much................ok.......picture this...........21 year old gets married in 1956.........drove out to Washington State with her new husband............1 car, so wherever she went she had to walk, every stinkin day..........has a baby in 57, 58, and 59.........ok, this said girl walked the floors with the "57" baby who had friggin colic, and would not shut up.....got over the colic, and then had his nights an days mixed...still not sleep and walking..........2 in diapers in 58, wringer washer, and no dryer..........do you think I was sitting..........59, 3 kids all under the age of 2...........................oh yea I was sitting...............3 more kids, 63,65, 69......................now I ask you.................was I sitting...........
Day started a 5am, and ended around 1am most of my younger years.............worked once the kids were all in school...................oh sorry, I was sitting then, maybe that was it................but nooooooooo, I was the one coming home and doing the cooking, homework, washing, and the ironing.....oh but by then I had an automatic washer and dryer........that must have been it......................then when the grandchildren came along at 48, I took care of them while my daughter went to work.........1 year old, and an infant...........bet your ass i wasn't sitting then...................skip ahead to 1998, finally retired so my younger daughter could keep on working and watched her son, and daughter.(who I still take care of at times) and they are now 10, and 13........................so forgive me for the time I do decide to sit and communicate with my good friends on BCO................and for the few favorite TV shows that I watch, now that I'm 76 years old..........................I say screw all the studies..................live your friggin life, sit when you want, eat as you like, ..................its "the luck of the draw"..................we just got a bad hand...............nothing more.........................love ya all
-
