Thinking Out Loud.....

Hi everybody....i just finished everything including my dinner.
My cousins (actually she is RPOC's first cousin) came as they come every Monday to visit my father. We always kept in touch and visited each other.
Father was very agitated today. Maybe he will be better next time.
My dinner didn't taste good chicken and AG I wonder why?
Diane....Its not really a tradition but I heard that they did it that way so no shrines or problems would be arised if he was in the cemetery.
-
They didn't want him to be buried on land because don't want it to become a temple or shrine.
-
I have just over an acre and I use a ransom 52 inch lawn mower. It's the kind the landscapers use. Great exercise. We have too many ornamental trees for a rider. My kids are 12 and 16 and they spend tons of time on the grass year round. We have HUGE soccer nets and a baseball diamond they use all the time. Not pretty grass, but grass none the less!
Hope your dad is in a better mood tomorrow.
I think they should have shown everyone his dead body, screw tradition.
Sandy, (((HUGS))) I know what you mean. There gets a point when the boys are bigger and stronger than we are and we can only let them know what they should do. What they do it up to them. GRRRRR!!!!! Hang in there!
-
Muslim religion indicates that the body must be buried within 24 hours. The burial at sea...I think that had to do with the navy Seals.
I got my third spam today. I am soooo popular!
DS came home from Bagdad yesterday, so glad he's out of there.
-
Meece...That's wonderful news (not the spams)

(((Sandy)))

Now I lay me down to sleep...
One less terrorist the world to keep
With all my heart I give my thanks
To those in uniform regardless of ranks
You serve our country and serve it well
With humble hearts your stories tell
So as I rest my weary eyes
While freedom rings our flag still flies
You give your all, do what you must.
With God we live and God we trust
-
