So sorry to hear about your SIL. XOXO
-
LOL - recycled costumes - clever. One year some teenagers came to our door and weren't dressed up. My husband asked what they were supposed to be and they said, "Sports fans." I thought that was a clever response.
I'm sorry to hear about your SIL too, Sandy. Keeping Jackie in my thoughts as well.

After enjoying 75 degree weather...... they are saying we are dropping to 40's tonight.
Who knows maybe the cold air will put me in a better mood.
Had leftovers from last night. Natalie stopped by and she had some leftovers.
Her friend the same age she is she died in her sleep leaving behind a 3 year old son. Now that's sad and scary for a 33 year old dying by natural causes that we know so far.

No more warm weather. Back to the cold. Brrrr. Too bad it couldn't have held on for the trick or treaters.
So sorry to hear about Natalie's friend. Way too young.
I think my husband is going to try to rig the Tinkerbell wings so they might not flop. And I went to JoAnn's to get some fleece for my son to make a new hat in a better green for his "tunic." We saw some t-shirts and wanted to just buy a t-shirt in a lighter color green, but of course the shirt he wanted didn't come in adult sizes. He had wanted a lighter color green. But he settled for a color to match the shirt he already had. So many greens out there - can't seem to find the shade I want in the thing that I want. I'd like a new couch for my living room - in the same color I already have, but it doesn't come in that color anymore - that I could find anyway. And I wanted new bath mats, but they don't sell that color anymore. And I wanted new sheets for my son's room - and they don't sell that shade anymore. I guess it's time for me to redecorate using different colors!

Sheila, nthat is SO sad!!! I;m so sorry for Natalie and her friend. I will be thinking of them.
Chris, it's so funny the hoops we jump through for halloween. The kids go out for such a short time yet there are hours and hours of prep work! I know they wilol have fun even if they don't match perfectly.
Dh went for a motorcycle ride tonight and wore this helmet:
Is that entertaining enough?
