    Chris.....hahahahaha about the sex of the plant. This is what I do with my glasses. Every 2 years when I go for check up I get the prescription glasses and ask the optomologist (sp) what number they are.

    Then I go to Dollar store and buy 3 more.

    This way when one is mia I use the other one. This is especially helpful when I go away. Each suitcase has my one dollar glass if one is lost I have 3 more.

    When the children are happy mothers are happy.Wink

    How often are teenagers happy?  Especially more than one at the same time! 

    My DD got up in quite a mood today.  I hope she shakes it soon.  I'M not in the mood for her to be in a mood. 

    There was a movie she wanted to see that I thought maybe I could take her to and it's gone already!  It just came out September 24th.  I can't tell you how many movies I miss because they aren't out long enough for me to have a chance to see them.  And there aren't that many movies that I'm interested in seeing.  But there is a movie out that she wants to see even more than the other one - so we'll just see that instead.  Unless she's too miserable.  I think she could stand to tap into your peace.

    Home Depot is a good place to start.  As someone in the garden center about your plant as to why it will not blossom and bare fruit.'

    My Holiday cactus has tons of blossoms on it, I should take pics once a week to see the slow blooming action.

    A former co-worker of mine was dx a few weeks ago with IDC with some DCIS, she had her surgery and no nodes were involved but there is an area the pathology reports atypical microlobular adenosis.  She is worried.

    I didn't go to Home Depot.

    I did some food shopping. Had fish and most delicious Asparagus. They were little thick I only got one.

    Tomorrow I have to go back and grab 3 more.

    Painted and went to soccer today.  It sprinkled here but nothing major.  We are just cleaning up now, ladders, paint cans, brushes etc.  I hate that part so I'm hiding in here.  LOL!  Next we watch the Patriots game we taped earlier.

    My day was pretty productive.  Got up at 7, went to the flea market, didn't buy anything, then went to Walfart picked up a few things forgot birdseed, came home put up more decorations, made a Swedish Apple Pie and took down winter clothes and put summer ones in bins.

    I did little stupid things like arranging the freezer etc etc...

    Love that my dil's grandmother invites me over for dinner, really makes me feel like I have a family, it is also that way with my exhusbands family, inviting me into theirs.......my kids don't want to be a family (the girls) so me and the boys will be one......

    4 month Oncologist blood work and 2 days of waiting for the results.

    I'm little anxious. Chocolate did wondersWink

    Wednesday night I invited DD and her BF for dinner.

    I know him but we never had dinner together.

    Everything is going to be fine Sheila.  I will be thinking of you in work.

    Swedish Apple Pie is so easy to make. Pre-heat oven 350

    in a sm bowl - 1tb sugar, 1sp of cinn, dash of nutmeg & Ginger mix together

    fill a pie dish 3/4 full with sliced apples

    sprinkly mixture on apples.

    in a med bowl-1 c sugar-1 c flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 stick of melted butter-mix ingred until smooth-pour over apples.  bake for 45 min. it's best if you put your pie plate on a cookie sheet to catch any apples juices cooking over.

    Tomorrow and Tuesday night I take the pills and the wine.

    Hopefully Wednesday will be a good day.

    Maybe I take some pictures during dinner and send it to RPOC. If he gets mail make sure he sees the pictures.
