me too, especially since my neighbor just called and can't make it. Her 89 yo MIL just moved in with her. The heat is on 80 to keep her warm and my neighbor is having major hot flashes. LOL!
-
OMG WHY??????????
-
Sending ice to your neighbor, poor thing. I was PEEPING today. Sorry I missed your anniversary Linda and hugs to your aunt. Busy in work today that's how I like it, makes the day go by fast. After work DD and I went to visit my Dad. He will be going home next week but he has to use a wheelchair when he ventures out of his apartment. Using the walker makes him so winded, he huffs and puffs so much he gets tired. He was not agreeable about the wheelchair but I just told him if he uses it he can go home sooner. Then he agreed, let's see how long he agrees. LOL
-
apparently she likes it warm, she's always cold. She lived in Florida until Monday when they brought her back here.
Glad to hear your Dad is coming home. I hope that makes him, and you, feel better.
-
I didnt say OMG for the heat. i was thinking about your friend. Is the MIL nice person/
Hi peep peep

Hey Deb, Linda and Sey, My kids have coats but also wear sweatshirts and they usually only get sick a couple times a year and in the summer....me....hate coats, go from the house to the car to whereever so only where one when i absolutely have to....thank Linda.....appreciate....well broke down and called a lawyer to see if I can get grandparents rights to see my grandson she said I have a case and told me to call some law schools to see if they would take it or the disabilities law project. Made the calls, shame I have to go through all this just to see him, my daughter has lost her mind or rather her bf took it from her.....other than that, work tomorrow and friday then volunteering in the snack bar at the football game at the school they go to, off saturday and sunday and football on saturday, sunday is open, and off monday but have a full schedule....only working 3 days next week thank goodness...
oh yea getting scanned in november where they can see if anything is there from the cancelled biopsy....
Where is everybody....foots, meece, chris

She is very nice! I love her. She comes and visits every summer and spends a month on Beacon Hill in Boston. She did this even this past summer. Recently dementia is taking over and she could hurt herself.
Best of luck Sandy. It is a shame that you have to do this to get to see yoru grandson. You are a good person!
-
If she is nice than i love her too.
She likes it warm. I like it warm.
Sandy...I dont understand why this is happening. Sorry.
-
Good morning. I am off to Deb's part of the world! It will be a short lived visit as I have to be back by bus time.
I hope you all have a great day!
-
Thinking out loud...I wonder how my best friend is doing...maybe I should NOT call her my best friend...my bestest best friend ever died of cancer - it took me years to get close enough to someone else to call her my "best friend" again...now she's been diagnosed with leukemia...and 2 weeks ago she moved to another town...I wonder how she's doing...I'm too scared to call...Keep making excuses like : She's busy...she's tired...she's sleeping...she won't want to talk...
I'm thinking...its been raining cats & dogs for almost 12 hours straight...I wonder if it will ever be enough to lift the water restrictions...
-
-
Hi Georgie, I think you should call her. Even if you have nothing to say, or don't know what to say, say that. That alone lets her know you care.
We are having a Nor'easter tomorrow, get ready Sheila!
-
Hi Georgie if you are thinking about her than give her a call.
Ask her if she tired or not? you are a good friend.
Linda...something coming tomorrow but I dont know what kind of something. I heard the winds part only. How your visit went today?
-
Visit went well. She looks so good and still drives herself around even though she isn't supposed to. She's amazing.
Wind and lots of rain for us.
-
I was invited upstairs neighbor/friend. I had a good dinner
I cooked today so tomorrows and Saturdays dinner are ready.
Isn't that funny I'm always thinking about food like I really need too..............
I thought she was in the hospital. If she is feeling good enough to get around good for her!
-
Hi All,
On the way home from work I stopped at the Farmers Market on the common were I live. I bought some homemade Italian bread and three tiny pumpkins.
Where abouts were you visiting linda?
-
My sister brought me 12 lobsters, 8 pounds of lobster meat, 5 pounds of swordfish and 5 pounds of haddock. I love having a sister that's a fisherman.
Deb, the trees are beautiful up where you live!
-
Hi Deb...Did you get any AG?
Linda...Im ready. I want a fisherwoman sister too.
I had couple of neighbors when they went fishing I ended up with fish too. They all moved away.
You make sure we have plenty of pictures of the cooked lobsters.
Before I come and steal them all.
I dont want to talk about food anymore.
-
I'm still waiting.......................................
-
Not in season at the Farmers market. But I love AG.
Were you in Ayer linda??
-
Yes, I went to Ayer and Groton today. I went to see the wind chimes in the woods of Groton at the end of Indian Hill Rd. It was beautiful!
My sons and I already ate 3 lobsters, I gave 3 to my parents and 3 to my aunt. They are going fast. I still have 4 pounds of frozen lobster meat.....and lots of fish. I will freeze it.
-
You were only 20 mins away from me. AAAAGGGG
Love lobster. That Lobster Roll I had at Latitude 43 was the best I have ever had.
Kimball Farm in Westford has great Lobster rolls but the best is in Gloucester.
-
Shelia is there an airport near you? Linda and I could fly in to see you.
-
Yes Deb Westchester County Airport only half an hour away.
You know Linda can bring the lobsters too.
-
there....almost.....gone...............
they are drowning in buttah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
-
Thank Goodness tomorrow is Friday.
-
-
Ooohhh...wonderful lobster pictures. They're pretty expensive down here! The mealie looks great! (we call corn "mealie" down here!) Many towns have "mealie ladies"...they walk around with baskets of mealies on their heads...and sell them in the suburbs...and while they walk, they shout "meeeeaaaaalllllliiiiieeeeeessssss". Nice! Wish I had a picture of a mealie lady to post here.
Thanks for the encouragement to call my friend. I will...and let you know how it went...
-
Good for you Georgie.
I would love to see a mealie lady!!Good Morning all!
