Yeah Sandy, I'm glad you are doing stuff for yourself.
No school buses, I get to work faster. My Dad is doing OK, his dementia has definitely gotten worse and I am pretty sure he is depressed, being away from home really did a number on him, when my brother gets back from FL he better have a talk with my Dad's PCP to put him on some kind of anti-depressant.
-
Thats a very good idea Deb.

I was out shopping all day. Came home did laundry. Now I cant stop posting.

Deb, Sorry to hear about your dad. When will your brother be coming up from FLA?
My sons baseball team won. It was his first game! He's in the 5th grade and his sport is soccer but he wanted to give baseball a try. I give him credit for that!
Good luck tomorrow Sandy!! You are getting right into heaven!

Its nice to remember the fun days. Isn't it?
How is your construction going. Is it finish yet?
-
They are finished, I have a patio once again! I just need to plant grass around it. I do not have a nice lawn, but kids will do that. I will worry about that in 10 years!
Yes it is fun to remember!
-
Today I got the results for my annual check up.
Everything is so perfect. I think my DR is speechless and didn't lecture me on the paper.the way he usually does, like follow a low fat diet, watch your calorie intake, loose weight, walk more etc..... He just said <Excellent Health> I told him I lost 13 pounds and eating very very healthy.
I guess he can no longer say loose weight but he did asked me last time if I was going to stay and continue on this diet.
-
YIIPPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good for you!! You are going to be around for a LONG LONG time!! And you are going to look FABULOUS in your new dress!! Men (Like the one pictured above) are going to be knocking down your door!! They will say things like....."Hey skinny, you are looking extra beautiful today"!!
-
hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa.
I was so overweight i cant look skinny and I don't want to be thin even if I could.
For me 6-7 lb more thats where I stop.
This morning I got on the scale and it shows 159.6.
Hawaiian man like chubby women. ((((MMMMWWWWAAAAAAAA))))
I was skinny once 122 pounds but honestly I didn't like it and no matter how much I ate didn't gain weight.
-
I remember those days....barely, That was me before tamoxifen! I weighed 120 on my worst day. Usually 115. Now............................let;s not go there! My doctors tell me I am not overweight, but I still long to be 15 ounds lighter. I feel better there!
I'm so glad you are happy with your weight. I think that can make you feel so much better!
Going to bed soon. I may be on, I may not!
Sweet dreams.
