Hi Hoosier Gals,
Sorry I didn't find this list earlier. I was born & raised in Marion. Then at 50 y/o we all moved to Houston Tx. (for jobs) from Fort Wayne. Now live in a burb called Katy west of Houston. I am 6 yrs out and one of the "lucky" who gets to take Tamo for 10yrs. Wonderful
Sure miss seeing the Fall colors. I miss Indiana with on exception....the winters. There is only to good things about Texas (sorry, just my opinion) is the cars don't rust out before they are paid for and no State Income Tax.

AnneNRA I cry everytime I hear "Back Home Again in Indiana" sung or played.
Looking at your Dx I see you are just beginning your journey so as one Hoosier to another I wish you the very best. If you ever need to vent, cry or talk I'm here for you. There are a huge amount of forums on this site that can be so very helpful with a wealth of knowledge. Please explore the list albeit slightly overwhelming still check it out.

Hi Mel,
My name is Rita and I live in Westfield, In. Your dx sounds a lot like mine. I have finished 2 surgeries and I have my second appt with radiation oncologist tomorrow, so hopefully, I will start my treatments by the end of October. Glad to meet you!

Hi Rita!
U hope you're appointment went well. My radiation finished last Friday. I'm so glad to be finished. Now for the 5 year pill.
I'm not sure which estrogen blocker I'll be using, I have an appt. next week.
Do you know how many radiation appointments you'll have?
Wishing you well! Glad to hear from you!!!
