(Ruth, we hope to travel, as we bought a new truck and will buy a camper soon. I hope to sleep sleep sleep until I'm all slept out. In addition, I plan on taking walks every day, spending much more time with hubby, starting a new hobby (I want to learn to fuse glass), and cook a bunch. We're going to be broke, as this will cut our income by almost 60%, but maybe I can sell some of the stuff I make, so that at least I can afford to make things.

My favorite birthday present ever was -
on a motorcycle trip with my dad riding through vermont, New Hamshire, and Maine. I loved to ride, but over the past year have hardly put any miles on it. That was the best birthday trip ever. The mountains were so beautiful. Felt at peace. The calm coast of Maine is a vision of beauty. I live in Florida, but my heart is in the mountains. We had fun drinking Maine's rootbeer and blueberry sodas. Best ever. I will always remember that trip as the best.
When I was a kid on Sunday's I would..........:

have to go to Sunday School & church (no negotiating my way out of it). Then my parents would often invite guests over for a big Sunday dinner. After everyone left, my dad would read the Sunday paper & I would read the comic strips. If it was summer, we would turn on the transister radio and listen to a baseball game. Sometimes we would all get in the car and drive around town, looking at fancy houses & picking out which one we would each want if we were buying a new house.
As an adult, my typical Sunday is....
Garden, enjoy and see how it goes, you can always 'tweak' your plans. I still haven't gotten to the 'sleep/sleep/sleep' part of it yet!
