I wish my living room window faced the front of the house, instead of overlooking my next door neighbor's house.

 I'd like a mud room with a deep sink so that I could keep pet things in there and wash their feet, bathe pets etc and not have to bend over bath tub anymore.  (Secretly I'd love to have a tree house, got so caught up watching the Tree House guy that I want one, but that is separately from my house.)
