An Oyster Fest.
It's a local fundraiser for all of the non profit organizations in Oyster Bay. It started about 28 years ago to honor Teddy Roosevelt's 125th birthday, as a small parade and a couple of food and craft booths, and now it's one of the top Oyster Fests in the country.
Ruth, all of the Tour Guides in the National Parks have to take a test, and become certified at the paticular park that they will be working in. We had a tour guide in training this past Sunday in Gettysburg, had he was saying that it makes the SAT's look easy!!!!
