An old neighbor that I grew up passed away over the weekend.
The best news that I've received this week was/is.........

The contractor who quoted me a great price to paint two rooms in my house painted those two rooms (and had to buy extra paint) one additional accent wall, two trims, fixed a leaky washing machine, hung four pieces of art, and stil charged me the same price. He has my future business!

when buying my last vehicle, pay more attention to the color of the interior of my SUV rather than fret so much over the exterior. Due to nature of my work, I practically live in this thing and trying to keep it clean is ridiculous.....it should be a dark green rather than light beige. Live and learn.
