her, because she is so obsessive! Oh well, she is easy to spot from a distance anyway.
Miss S and Harley stopped by the bar for a drink and Harley noticed a man going around getting the leftover drinks from people's tables as they left.
"Hey, watch that guy!" she poked Miss S.
They both watched him as he finished off at least six or seven drinks. He noticed them staring and went back to his table and sat down. Miss S said, "Let's go over and offer to buy him a drink and see what we can find out."
-
the man was too drunk to even get a coherent sentence from him but MissS and Harley thought he was so funny and cute that they just stayed there and played with him. the rest of us search every room even went into the bowels of the ship. Did not find anything this time. We went and talked to the captain again and wanted to know why again that he thought he had a stow away. He told us because food went missing at night. Alcohol was missing. People thought someone had been in their rooms using their showers, soap, and shampoo. We decided to get together in the bar and rethink the situation and there we found MissS and Harley laughing to hard it was a wonder they didn't fall out of their chairs.
-
their new friend was talking about the thrill of breaking into peoples rooms and using their stuff like it was a game, he also said he got hungry and thirsty at night and just because things were shut down didn't mean he wasn't gonna get what he wanted. Harley said well, we have found our "stowaway". MissS ran to get the Captain, who cracked up laughing when he saw who the person was. Spar asked why are you laughing, its not funny, we solved the case. The captain said because he owns the whole ship and he is right he can eat or drink whenever he wants but I am going to have to talk to him about going in other people rooms, he can't be doing that. He whispered to us that he kind of had mental problems. He paid us and another Case Closed.

A woman phones into the agency and is distraught over her daughter's whereabouts. The mother, Agnes, has not heard from her daughter, Samantha, for 6 days and is afraid that she might have joined a cult. Two weeks ago, Samantha had come home from community college and reported that she had spoke to some really friendly and wholesome people during her class break. These people had invited her to come meet some other "Friendlies" the next day. Agnes was concerned that these people might be involved in a pyramid scheme. When her daughter went missing 6 days ago, Agnes started to have other suspicions....
-
Her daughter had always called home at least every other day, so this was just not like her at all.
Something she had said in their last conversation kept coming back to Agnes. "You know I love you, right Mom?"
At the time she had just laughed, but now the words seemed so ominous. Where on earth was her baby?
-
Toyful volunteered to go to the Community College and see what she could find out about this group that referred to themselves as "Friendlees." Miss S said she would go along to help canvas the campus.
When they arrived at the community college, they split up and asked various people about the Friendlees. One girl, who spoke little English, said, "oh do you mean the FRIENDLEES for the FRIENDLESS?" She pointed out a clean cut looking man of about 20 years old across the walkway who was wearing a suit.
-
Spar and Harley were back in the office finding all the information about the friendlees they could on the internet. It looks like they live in a commune type setting in the woods on a mountain a few miles from the community college. It said once you join you were not allowed to see your folks or talk to anyone but other friendlees and you also had to give up your assets and make them all community property. It did not sound.............
-
like a good idea for Agnes' daughter to be involved with them. Toyful, Miss S, Spar, and Harley hatched a plan to go undercover as potential converts, to get them into the compound. They spent a few hours coming up with outfits for their mission....
-
Harley came out wearing a short skirt and a big grin...
-
So the private eyes were all ready to go check out the Friendlees at the campus. In no time, the Friendlees had invited Spar, Miss S, Harley, and Toyful back to their mountain compound. Toyful decided to stay behind so that the others could text her if they got into trouble and to also text her the directions to where the Friendlees were driving them. They all climbed into the Friendlees' big Jeep and headed towards the hills...
-
It was a winding road into a valley where they had small houses built in a cirlce with a community center in the center, they had gardens. It seemed each person had their own job to do at the compound. That night they were suppose to have the leader of the friendlees speak at the community center. Everyone was suppose to be there and we were hoping to see Agnes's daughter there and talk with her about what she was really doing there and let her know that her mom misses her and loves...................
-
that she is being so open minded towards other types of people but thinks it is best if she finds a different social group. Agnes desires a group for her daughter that is healthy and lets her communicate with other people outside of the group. The agents, detirmined to find Agnes' daughter, secretly stray away from the friendlees and carefully survey the compound. Suddenly Spar stumbles upon Agnes' daughter crouched in a corner of a barn talking to a mysterious object. Spar calls Miss S, Harley, and Toyful to come take a look. As they all get closer the scene becomes clear. Her daughter is crouched down whispering to what looks like a hairball. With a better look they conclude it is in fact a hairball, the size of one that would come out of the fourth stomache of an ox...
-
What on earth is the daughter, Samantha doing? Samantha appears to be asking this ball of hair questions about her future, as though it was a magic 8 ball. Soar remembers that something quite similar to this happened in the story of Huck Finn. Spar asks Samantha why is she asking questions of this inanimate object? Samantha explains how the Friendlees are a group who follow the "teachings" of Mark Twain. Miss S calls toyful, who is offsite to ask her to investigate what Samantha could mean by "the teachings of Mark Twain." A short while later, Toyful reports back that she thinks the group takes situations in Mark Twain books and applies them to their spiritual teachings. Harley asks Samantha if she would be willing to come back to campus with them, and have a talk with her mom, Agnes. Samantha says...

intermission. LMAO fourth stomache of an ox. still LOL!!!!!!!!!!
she will come back with us and talk with her mom, she really wasn't that sure about this group anymore anyway but they would not let her leave. The only way she can is if we kidnap her. So we began a plan on how to do the abduction so she won't be blamed and hunted down by the friendlees.
-
One small problem is that the CC detectives arrived at the compound in a Jeep owned by the Friendlees. Except that toyful had stayed behind, so Spar called her and arranged for toyful to meet their group about 1 mile down the road away from the compound. They grabbed Samantha and started hoofing it down the road. All of a sudden....
-
a guard guy appeared but toyful took him out, she squeezed that artery that cuts off the blood supply and he passed totally out. Wow, spar was impressed and wants to take lessons. We grabbed Samantha and kept on our way, met up with everyone and started back to town when........
-
a tire blew. We thought oh no this is it, we are in trouble but MissS got out and had that tire changed in 5 minutes and we took Samantha home to her mom. She promised never to get involved in anything like that again and also decided to do internet classes for a while to stay completely away from them. Yea, another case closed.
-
Next we were contacted by a state senator. He wanted all his interactions with us to stay top secret. Seems he had been involved in some illegal gambling and his bookie had been murdered. He was afraid his name would be on a list somewhere and wanted us to check out the situation and see if we could recover any evidence of his involvment with the bookie before the police could find it.
Spar and toyful talked it over and......
-
decided they needed to get into their bikinis and go down to the cartoon beach and sip iced lattes while they mulled this over.
-
LOL.
We could either act like gamblers or hookers. Which should we try to find out that information. Or we could dress all in black and break into the bookie's office and look through all the files or we could go talk to our friend at the police station. So we have a lot of options.
We decided to get some information on each thing before making our final decision
We ruled out the hooker business
-
The bookie's office was wrapped in yellow police tape, but there was no sign of anyone guarding the place, so we snuck inside. Spar pushed the button on the answering machine. We all listened to the messages.... his daughter was supposed to meet him for lunch...... someone was trying to sell him something....... a mother who wanted to talk to him about her son.... then there it was... a message that made us each take in a deep breath and our eyes got big... it was the Senator's voice and he was not happy.
-
He was wanting all the paperwork with his name on it. So we decided to make our way through everysingle file and guess what the joke is on the senator, there is no paperwork with his name on it. He worried and hired us for no reason but gave us a bonus anyway.
We decided to sell the private eye business and later decide what we want to do or what business to buy.
Case Closed
