-
True - but my idea of "late" anymore is around 11pm - geesh, I used to be such a night owl now I wake up around 4:30am and can't go back to sleep so I'm an early to bed person no matter what is going on tomorrow!
I haven't colored my hair since chemo either - it came back in some great shades of black and white - never had black hair in my life so go figure.
The next person will have enough dysfunction going on at their own Thanksgiving table - who needs reality tv?
-
Well, if I was joining my sister and brother and their families, there would be major dysfunction. When my family got together in the past, something horrible always happened. My mom is too advanced with Alzheimer's to enjoy getting together, so we don't get together anymore. I'll spend the day with my mom and have an evening meal with my kids. It's such a blessing to still have my Mom here. Something else to be thankful for!
I do love reality TV. :-)
The next person likes to take a while on Thanksgiving to reflect on their multitude of blessings and to be grateful.
-
Honestly, I spend the rest of the year being grateful for what I have-my dad died on Thanksgiving, so it's usually not a great day for us.

The next person is planning on knocking out some Christmas shopping tomorrow
