The Next Person Game
Comments
-
I like to get a little color but I don't suntan anymore (I'm wrinkled enough already!)
There are woodticks where the next person lives (they are crazy here this year.......yuck!!!!!)
-
I've never heard of woodticks so I don't think they're around here, they do sound yucky
The next person likes walking in the woods
-
No.
The next person is walking on a beach.
-
I like walking anywhere....I do love the beach!
The next person has served on a jury..
-
I was called up for jury duty but I didn't end up on a jury panel
The next person knows a fair bit about the law
-
Hi Aussie!
Only what I've picked up from reading the newspaper and watching the news, thankfully. Lol I have been on a jury a couple of times, too.
The next person is planning a vacation or trip soon.
-
Hi Ocean!
I would love to go on a vacation but I don't have plans for it, especially since they keep locking us down in Australia.
The next person is having lovely weather.
-
Meh. It's a bit hot, and the skies are hazy from smoke coming from the forest fires in the mountains.
The next person is getting their masks out again.
-
I never put my masks away because there's still a mask mandate here.
The next person is tired of being locked down.
-
true
the next person is getting pretty fed up with those who have chosen not to be vaccinated
-
No, just the opposite. I'm frustrated with people who believe the inconsistent things the politicians are saying without question when there's so much opposite evidence to be found (no offence intended).
The next person has been watching the mainstream news a lot.
-
True
the weather where the next person lives has been bad!!
-
Yes, it's been cold and stormy here but I think the weather today is nicer.
The next person wants to go on a scenic day trip some time soon.
-
I would love to but with some things we have going on, I don't think we will be able to for at least a few weeks.
The next person has noticed out of stocks on store shelves due to aluminum or glass shortages.
-
Hi Ocean!
No I haven't but there have been a number of things that were hard to get in the last year or so.
The next person has been buying more things online than usual.
-
I did buy more things online last year than usual. But recently I have gone back to shopping in person more.
The next person enjoys shopping in stores.
-
Hi again Ocean!!
I do enjoy shopping in stores although a lot of things aren't available in stores here.
The next person doesn't have to travel far to most stores they like.
-
Not for the staples, I don't.
The next person has been doing some hiking this summer.
-
No, but hiking sounds appealing.
The next person is enjoying the summer weather.
-
False (we just started our latest heat wave today)
The next person added a new plant to their house
-
Not recently because it's winter here but we want to buy a few in the spring.
The next person has a pretty garden.
-
I would, if the Japanese beetles hadn't chewed through so much of it. I have a big bucket of soapy water filled with their corpses, though.
The next person has a nice view from their windows.
-
We have nice views of our back garden and the other views are medium.
The next person is good at gardening.
-
Not really. Lol
The next person is good at sewing.
-
Hi Ocean!!
I can hand sew but I wouldn't say I'm all that good at it.
The next person can use a sewing machine.
-
false
The next person will be flying somewhere soon
-
No, we're not allowed to cross the borders in Australia and we're locked down for the 6th time anyway.
The next person is looking forward to travelling.
-
Hi Aussie!
I wish I could say yes, but I'm not sure when we will be traveling again other than short trips close to home.
The next person is longing for the world they grew up in. (I do so much or my kids and grandkids)
-
Hi Ocean!!
Yes, I certainly do long for the freedom we used to know (we are still having strict lockdowns and restrictions).
The next person has been travelling recently.
-
I don't know if driving from North Dakota to Wisconsin for a family gathering counts as 'traveling', but that is as far as we've gotten since Covid.
The next person likes car trips (I do not!)
