The Next Person Game
Comments
-
true... the next person will mow the lawn this week.
-
DH mowed it for the first time a couple days ago.
The next person really, really needs rain!
-
Yup! We could use rain, and a little predicted in next few days.
The next person looks forward to planting a garden this spring.
-
Yes, I do want to plant a few things next spring
The next person is good at gardening
-
I wouldn't say that I am good at it, but I do like to putter around.
The next person spends quite a bit of money on flowers each spring.
-
Having my own garden is new to me but I have bought a number of plants and hope to buy more in spring
The next person likes to have a colourful garden
-
I do! I'm adding two colors of foxgloves this year. I asked my DH if he minded me putting in some rather notoriously poisonous flowers. He said, "If it kills the rabbits, I'm all in."
The next person likes xeric plants.
-
I like almost all plants
the next person has many perennials in her yard
-
I love perennials! I haven’t planted any annuals yet, but my hearty chives, thyme, mint, and lavender are bouncing back from the winter. I also have some cute, little volunteer red leaf lettuce popping up - bless their hearts!
-
What's 'the next person......' part of your post SoulShine?
-
I'll catch it up.
The next person hasn't been on here in months. That's ME!!!! I've been gone for months!!
The next person is close to returning to a more normal life than we've had in over a year.
-
Hi Ocean, it's great to see you!
We don't have many cases of Covid or many restrictions now but they're still trying to control us. My life doesn't feel very normal.
The next person is coping okay.
-
Yes, we're doing ok.
The next person has returned a pre-pandemic work schedule. (I have...almost. Prior to pandemic I worked 8-5. Right now we are still working 8-4.)
-
I've returned to a normal busy schedule, I like to be busy.
The next person is getting rain today.
(Oops, I see I forgot to add the “next person" part on my last post. Sometimes my blonde shows through🤣)
-
Yes, I think we will be having rain today.
The next person enjoys finding out about the weather.
-
Yes, just watched the local weather report and forecast on tv.
The next person likes watching thunderstorms! (I do!)
-
I think I would like it if I was cosy indoors.
The next person has nice views from their house.
-
We do. Our backyard butts up against an open space preserve with a stream, cottonwoods, and prairie grass. (For those not familiar with the term, "open space" is a swath of natural land inside a city's limits. It's more wild than a park, but they still manage the land for invasive species and erosion control.)
The next person had a tasty breakfast this morning. Mmmm breakfast burrito.......
-
false, I was racing around buying flowers etc. to plant since the forecast says it won't freeze again this spring!
The next person enjoys planting flowers.
-
Yes, just about ready to get some annuals in the ground and baskets.
The next person grows vegetables in their garden.
-
Yes, we grow spinach, herbs and strawberries (only one of those being a vegetable).
The next person has a green thumb.
-
Yes, I do. My DH and I have completely different approaches to gardening. He's a planner, and chooses plants based on compatibility and aesthetic composition in a plot. I go into a garden center and say, "Hmm, what's on sale? Ooh! This one is pretty!" and put them wherever there's a convenient space. I have a better track record than he does on what survives to the next year. xD
The next person enjoys working with their hands.
-
Yes they are even in Florida!
The next person is going to the pool this weekend.
-
Yes. I like to paint pastels
