I'm bitchy, I moan, I groan.....anyway.

Rice pudding AND carmel sauce! OMG I could die happy! Butterscotch, caramel, whatever you want to call it I LOVE it.......
-
Barbe, that is NOT on our diet plan hehehehe.
-
But what if it is the ONLY thing on my plan. Calories are calories....
-
Wow...lots of stuff going on. Diane, so sorry to hear of issues w/ dh and nursey poo. As I am reading the post I am thinking of what great support we have for each other! Not sure what I would do w/o this board.
Hoping today isn't too sucky for everyone
-
Jane, that really touched me that your boss let you order whatever you wanted for free. It must have been so nice to have someone care about you like that. It actually brought me to tears. I must be in a weird mood today.
Love to all,
Miss S
-
No, Miss S--you are perfectly normal. Stories about generosity and compassion always make me cry, too.
We are normal, aren't we???

My husband and I both love homemade rice pudding but it with carmel, raisons etc in separate bowls and a spritz of cool whip and whatever to garnish.
I have to learn not to be the person to get up and get things. Was at a dinner last nigh, surrounded each side by women who are in worse shape then me physically and I had to pop up several times to get them juice or whatever. By the end of the evening, my knee and back was sore.
-
Nice things people do make me cry too. And I think my family will tell you I'm not too normal.
However I think it's wonderful to cry for that kind of reason.
Hugs Dream. I hope next time you won't bounce up and down like a yo-yo. May the soreness be gone soon.

Breaking in to all of the various suckiness, with a public service announcement:
TOMORROW is Saint's birthday, according to my Facebook info.
I think there should be a rollickin' good time party.
Whoooooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooooo.
Big hugs to all in need..... and a VERY happy birthday to my favorite saint!!
-
Thanks for the heads up Faith.
Hap hap happy birthday Saint.
-
OK Dream, let me get this straight, you've passed out, had pneumonia and a bout of uncontrollable vomiting in a public place in the past few days and you were the person in the best physical shape to pop up over and over to get drinks etc. for people? Who are you hanging out with? Was it just you three ladies, or were there men/boys/children to whom it never occurred to offer to make some of those trips?
-
Jello makes some pretty tasty rice pudding, with cinnamon, In the dairy aisle. Not homemade by a long shot, but quite yummy.
-
Susan, I'm seeing a pattern here. Where is my duct tape? hahahaha
-
OMG, Susan, at first I thought you meant you could make rice pudding out of JELLO! And that was a really sucky thought.
(I get it, now.)

Well, hot-damn! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SAINT!!!!!!!!
(((HUGS)))
Diane -
Saint - Happy Birthday, birthday queen!!

Pinky -- tell your sister to try "Magic Mouthwash" which can be ordered by her doctor. I don't know what to suggest for the other end.
-
Pinky - otherwise your sister can ask her doctor to order "gelclair"
-
When I started to get mouth sores I used a baby toothbrush, Biotin toothpaste and gargle. They went away in a day or 2 and I never got anymore. Are you drinking LOTS of water? especially AFTER eating or drinking.
SOI: (good things) -- yesterday I went to the St. Pat parade and met one of our discussion board ladies and her brother, son and husband. It was a glorious 70 degree day but overcast, so no sunburn. Today was another glorious warm day and I had the patio door open and took 2 walks.
Here's to a great week for all. HUGS, Nancy
-
P.S. Instead of waiting for christmas for an electric can opener, how about a "random act of kindness day" ? YOU pick the date and let "them" get it for you.
-
Can I bitch???? My onc told me he would fill out my forms for advanced death benefits. Great! I just got my copy in the mail and they filled it out wrong!!!!!
Instead of doing the 12 months less to live they filled it out for 24 months. Now if they call the insurance company and tell them they messed up the insurance company is going to be suspicious. If they don't fix it, I don't know what will happen financially.
I hate that one small mistake by the doc can ruin my whole day. And to top it off I am so bitchy to my family. Maybe once the docs clear up the info, they can perscribe me some meds to stop all the bitchy parts of chemopause.

I was at a dinner. There was Johanna to my right (wheelchair bound) and a very obese woman who I have never seen out of her scooter. Her scooter was parked out of the way and therefore not within reach. The next spot was one of the staff but she was already ON her feet serving the meal. And the back corner was a gentleman who would ordinarily get up first but he got wedged in an could not move. So that left me at the end of the table. Sally was parked across the hall in the childrens fun room (godson got a dollar to keep an eye on her). So yes, unusual that it was, I was the most able bodied person at the table.
-
Diane, I JUST. CANNOT. BELIEVE IT!!!!
Okay, ladies, here I am, lopsided and armed (and Photoshopped), ready to help out the revived B*tch Squad.
-
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAINT!!!!
May your day be filled with rice pudding and chocolate. Or whatever else you want it filled with.
HIYA Sharon good to see you
-
Happy Birthday, Saint!
Otter, I don't know if we're normal or not, but I'm glad that stuff makes other people cry, too! :-)
KAK, warrior princess.... *smile*
Kimberly, sorry about the paperwork mix-up. I hope it can get straightened out with no issues!
Love to all,
Miss S
-
Happy Birthday Saint. I hope you have a wonderful day. So glad to know another Pisces!
Peg
-
Lovin- What do you mean, "can I bitch"?????? OMG! How stupid can people be?? Those documents are the things that should be scrutinized before they're ever sent out. Stupid people!
Bitch all you want - you have every right. Now, really screw them up and live to 100!
Hugs.
-
Saint,
Have a great birthday! Sending out birthday hugs!!!!
Trish
-
