Robin, Cindy, others- here's a link to an interesting article about the use of a very low carb diet for advanced cancer, including breast cancer. I've changed my diet strategy as a result of reading up on this topic. Lucky you Robin to have a onc who pays attention to diet.

I read the article heatherB posted the link for- fits with other research I've read- we can't link bc and personality. People forget that before these diseases were better understood, asthma and schizophrenia were believed to be caused by certain family dynamics (with mothers taking the brunt of the blame, interestingly- what is this with blaming women?) and tuberculosis was linked to personality.

Robin... So glad you're doing well. I'm a thin person with a high metabolism, so I never worried about food and how it affects the body. However, I know I consume a high carb diet. This is food for thought. God Bless, Nada.
