LIFE'S A BEACH!

All you beach buds have a wonderful night. Am enjoying a bon fire on the beach with the cool breeze blowing in, the wonderful salty smell and a beautiful moon rising.
-
Dropping by to tuck you all in. Sleep tight beach babes.
-
thanks to all for your support, prayers and kites-a-flying on behalf of my neice
we are in the midst of packing the circus acts to make a roadshow -- headed east of cleveland for picnic-ing with DH's extended family (about 3 hours up the road)
there's room on the bus for anyone that needs a traveling circus roadshow lovefest:
-
Good morning Beach Angels. Just a quick pop in while the coffee is brewing.
faith -- have a wonderful time on your outing.
-
Good Morning Beach Babaloolahs.
Faith I would love to join you and the family on your magical mysterical fest.
Jaz. Perfect song from a fantastic movie. Jingle in the head all day with that one.
Thanks.
Margaret. How you doing.
Clearer air and cooler breezes on this side of the bridge.
How about the Peninsula.

I hope everyone has a nice relaxing Sunday.
I pray our California fires are put out right away and our fire fighters are safe and
get to go home to their families soon.
To all our beach babes and all who are dealing with things I wish you all
peaceful days and lot's of love surrounding you.

Sahalie

Sahalie, things are much cooler down my way and I don't smell the fires as much. The haze affects us though - yesterday eyes were burning. Pacifica and HMB have fog so that's blowing inland and cooling us down. DoreenF (don't know if you know her) is packed and ready to go if the fires get too much closer to her - she's in the Magalia area so it's very scary for her.
-
I just love all the kites..how wonderful
-
Good mid morning Beach Angels. I've just started a batch of country style barbeque ribs in the slow cooker and have put the potatoes on to boil for some yummy potato salad. And of course, there's always plenty of true southern style ice tea (the house wine of the south).
I hope everyone's day is shaping up to be a nice relaxing one. It looks like the rain is beginning to move out here and the sun is peeking through. The rain brough a nice cool front as it swept by so its a delightful day to be outdoors here.
-
Weather conditions improve the fire fight.
Oh for the days of skies that are clear.
Air that is sweet and breezes to tickle our face.
-
Can I come over for dinner tonight Jaz. It sounds majorly yummy !
-
You bet! Just hijack Faith's pink bus and drive it on over. I've got some friends stopping by later today and you will fit right in.
-
Thanks Jaz. Can I sit in your new ummm easy chair?
It looks so well ummm. Can't find the word. Ah. relaxing!
I contained myself. Can't wait for dinner and all the good company.
Giggles and Smilies.
-
Maybe we can talk Faith into re-routing her Love Bus with the fam and we can all show up.
Foots can wheel over in her new ride.
First we need to build her a ramp so I say we all get together with nails and lumber
and hurry and build her one. Seriously.
It has to be to code though. Beach code.
Plus Wings could rev up her mustang and speed over.
Margaret could do a flyby. She's an expert.
Neesie, Susan report to the Princepal's office stat.
Spar and Deborye could skate board over.
Ames is on her much needed vacation.
socalLisa can take pictures.
Who am I forgetting?
Do you have enough glasses Jaz?
More giggles.
-
Jaz. Does your Iced Tea have any extra special "kick" to it?
Just wondering.
Smiles
-
Sounds like a plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Ummm...no Sahalie but you can add some special 'kick' of your own. But it does have lots of sugar. If you start wearing the lamp shade, we'll have to limit your 'special' ice tea.
Yup, I have plenty of glasses.
-
Great. Don't forget your camera. We need pictures of proof.
Maybe Faith will bring our adorable beach babeeze so we can hold them.
Make sure your loaded with film Lisa. This'll be fun.
-
Film???? What century are you living in, Sahalie? We don't need no stinkin film. LOL. Today's cameras come with memory cards.
-
Ah Jaz. I use both. Digital and Minolta with macro lense. I love using black and white film.
-
Jaz. Well, I'll be sam blasted. You are correct.
It's all the excitement of the prospect of getting to wear some new Lamp shades.
-
OMDEAR GOLLY.
CELIA. I left Celia off the dinner guest list. She will get me good for being so remiss.
I'm sorry Celia. Where are you anyway?
Dinner at Jaz's this evening.
Relaxing chairs and plenty of glasses. Bring an hor d'oeuvre si veux plates.
Lamp shade optional.

Hi Margo,
Keeping Doreen in my thoughts and heart, that she and her beautiful log cabin, and treasured memories are safe from the fires.
Love,
Bren

Sahalie, I think the last one is my favorite!
-
I like 'em Jaz. You have a great assortment. Any more in the selection?
-
That's all I have. Do you have any you can bring? Maybe we can make it a fashion party.
