LIFE'S A BEACH!

Mum, don't forget to leave some time for Balboa Park..
-
LOVE that one Lisa, they look lit from within!
-
Thanks Barbe. I never seem to know how something will look until it is up on the computer screen. I am having a great time with digital cameras, but the results can be so different from film. The thing I like best is the cost and no waiting until the roll of film is used up to have the picture. It's a whole new world.
-
I'm still fairly new to digital too, I fought it tooth and nail. Just like Windows instead of DOS, but I lost that fight too!!
-
I am going here today , the beach is grassy
-
Lisa, the lilypad shot is gorgeous.
-
Thanks Joni..
-
Had a wonderful day in SanDiego with Elisabeth.
-
Lovely.
-
That was fun Mum.
Great to see you! !
-
Nice to "meet" you Mum! (I've met Lisa in person, that's why I'm not including her!)
-
jealous!
-
Up close and Personal..it was fun
-
PS Marl, we did not see Harry today....a little snowy egret and some shore birds..it was a bit foggy so it made picture taking
iffy, but while TinyFishy was out looking for birds we did the town..
-
Lisa, we're redoing bedrooms upstairs and things are chaos. The hallway is done, and today I moved my little table back out and put your pic back where it belongs. Thought of you warmly
-
Mary that is a good days work. It's always nice to be remembered!
-
LOVE this pic!!!!! But weirdly, I never thought of Lisa as an Elizabeth......huh. (Maybe because I spell it with a z? It`s my middle name)
-
My mother preferred Elisabeth so that is that..
-
I think mine was spelt that way because of the Queen...but now I`m wondering how hers is spelled.....
-
The Queen uses the Z...my mom got mine from her Bible I think
-
Mum and Lisa such a beautiful picture of you both. Glad you had a great time.
Hugs, Cheryl

Not quite a beach but I think that this much sand qualifies🙈😎.
It's the imperial desert which we drove through in California on our way back to Vegas.
-
Interesting drive the landscape kept changing. We took a longer southern route so my DH could bird at the Salton Sea.
-
Wow, talk about desolation!
-
I love the pics, but no way would I want to be out there like that!
-
We took that same drive last winter - desolate is right!!
-
We take that route many times...it is hard to believe it is so close to San Diego
-
We loved our visit and will definitely return to the California coast.DH was even talking about maybe taking on a rental for a month next winter in SanDiego if he can get away that long from our business.
