Is it too early for one of these? I'm sure its 5 o'clock somewhere!
-
New beach game....find pictures of all the cool gadgets the Island crew created on the show!

Hello Susan, Wings, BikerJan, Spar 2, FP Angel, Celia, SoCalLisa, Sahalie and Faith. Good morning to everyone. I was out walking just a few minutes ago along the beach and just look what I came across.
Yikes! Sand Fleas! Isnt it amazing to stop and think how many things are on the shores?!? The sands is always different also. In the south we have the white sand and no rocks but I have also been on the shores in many other places in the US and out of the US also. Amazing differences
Hoping everyone is having a wonderful Thursday so far. Tomorrow is chemo day and then we fly out Saturday so we are rather busy trying to get things ready. Not easy when you have as many animals as we have.
Amy

Holy cow! While searching for pics of the inventions, I found the answer to why they couldn't repair the boat......$50 for the answer....ROFL!
-
Have a wonderful trip, Amy. How are the new baby goats?
-
Yippie a New Beach Game.
I found one of the gadgets. It's good for many solutions.
-
A hearty Hi Ho neighbor to the intercontinental beach guest.
-
Ames. Wow. YOu sure did come across some mighty big fleas.
Pesky critters they are.
We will be with you in thoughts tomorrow knowing you are going for your chemo.
And BIG HUGE WISHES for the most AMAZING vacation EVER!
*
We love you so much Amy and wish you an outstanding, great, wonderful adventure on this trip.
-
Jaz. I think I know the answer to the question as to why Gilligan and crew couldn't fix the boat.
Is it cuz they didn't have any ~
*
*
Did I Win?
-
Nope...good guess but that's not the reason. Send me $50 and I'l send you the answer.
<just kidding>
-
Dear Ms. Jaz.
Here is my banker to deliver the $50.00
His name is Mr. Cheap R. Deal
There is also a little something extra for you to buy some new flip flops. XOXO
*
Game fee.
-
LOL!
Dear Mz Sahalie
Thank you for your deposit of $50. Please find the answer in your private mailbox.
Anyone else want to guess why they couldn't just fix the Minnow?
-
A big HELLO to all our beach bunny babe~ellet's.
Faith. Amy. Susan. Wings. BikerJanny. Spar 2. FootsPAngel. Celia. Jasmine, flybyMargo.
and beach friends everywhere.
I tried going outside to do some much needed things in my yard and it's just too miserable out
there.
All doggies and myself are back inside under the ceiling fan which has paid for itself
many times over.
If I had any sense I would back the guzzler out of the garage, load the doggies in and some refreshments, gather a friend or two and get us out to the beach.
We didn't watch the Bolyn movie yet. A must do today or tonight.
I heard from family up in the northwest and they are to get 90* weather tomorrow which is
a shock to their systems after all the rainy days.
The spirit and practice of moving into stillness.
Happiness is that first glimpse of the sea shell in the sand inviting you to pick it up.
-
Oh Ms. Jazzy. I so don't want to peek into my mail box.
I would so much rather try to figure it out so will hesitate to look into the MB just yet.
My brother would know this answer in a hummigbird's flicker as he was glued to the show.
He even named his animals after the characters.
OK I'm putting pressure on my brain cells to try to think this one out.
I need this for reference.
-
Maybe this will help you concentrate better...
-
hi beachettes!!
i found a bit of shade to sit in for after my stroll down the beach.
NO SWIMMING today.
i will go look for clues for why they could not fix the Minnow.
could it be that they had no duct tape or wd40? nah...that's too easy!!
see you later!
celia
-
Jaz thanks for that tune and now it will be stuck in my head the rest of the day.
I was watching a funny on Sat.NightLive last night with Alex Trebeck, Will Farrell, and various characters.
I haven't looked at my mail box yet. I promise, cross my fingers, poke a beach flea in the eye.
Is it cuz Gilligan threw the steering wheel overboard with other boat parts?
*
Hi celia. LOL re: duct tape & wd40
-
Nope....not the missing steering wheel...:) Same with the duct tape and WD40
-
I am taking a short break to straighten my neck which is in a not so comfortable feeling way
at the moment.
Burning eyes and extreme frustration at not being able to get outside.
I'll be over thar on the pretty beach area Celia found getting a much needed neck massage from Rinaldo.
I need some eye drops and a pitcher of Margarita's.
-
Easy answer on the Gilligan's Island question. They had no nails and because there was no iron on the island couldn't make any.
-
do we feel like re-decorating a beach shack??
i found this abandoned life guard shack. It looks "mid-century" style judging by the kidney bean-shaped roof. I see a window that I think needs some stained glass.
ahhh perfect!! While you are all out having fun and continuing to look for clever clues to the Minnow puzzle for jasmine, please check the beach flea markets (no sand fleas please) for bargains for our beach shack.
do you think that grandfather clock will fit in the shack?
looking for all of our friends on the beach today and going to find things that only are fun and pleasant. i've got my sunblock and my bugspray with me. also lemonade and a big soft pretzel..yum
celia

celia
-
Way to go Celia!!! She just pm'd me with the answer to the Minnow mystery.
I now proclaim you Island Queen!
-
i don't know what just happened because my mac computer crashed and i had to reboot.
philly soft pretzels for everyone!!
celia
-
You won the prize for pming Jazz the correct answer. Don't you remember doing that?
-
I love soft pretzels...especially with mustard!. Now I need something cool to drink.
-
my neighbor lady down the street who fed the squirrels used to give us kids "bug juice"
wonder what was in it?
-
-
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant believe it!!!
I found all my friends again!!!!!!!! Thanks to charlene.
How are all of you? I have missed you'all so much.
Still working on the recon part.Last summer was a pure nightmare.Long story short after 3 sugeries I have one expander in and have never had a fill in.Now he is taking fat from my stomach and injecting it into the muscle on the left side to get it to soften up so he wont have to do another flap.I am scheduled to have my second and final one july 10.Then 2 months later he is going to put in another expander. Then the girls will be agrowing..
I am also going to school. All my classes are online,I am getting my BSN then am going to nurse practioner school.I cant wait.It is hard.Or maybe my brain is partly dead but have to study alot more than the average person. But I am going to do this. I cant wait until I am finished.
Talk to all of you gals later.
