I like. I like. Swing by Ohio in your paddle boat, cuz I think that's where I'll be about the time Toy heads to Hawaii. I'll check my calendar. What fun that would be!!

Good Day Dear Beachettes! I am so excited that tugboats are being procured for the cross country ride to Hawaii with me! We can just pay the property owner a little more and we will bring a hammock for everyone and drape those all through out the palm trees on the property. Those who feel fit enough for hammock sleeping can do that, the more infirm can have beds.
Today I am feeling even better. My biggest struggle today is with constipation caused by all the pain pills I had to take this week. I haven't taken pain pills for 2 days, yeah! Today I am getting acupuncture.
Love to all! Sharon, I hope you have cruised through your doctor appointment with only good news! Lisa, I hope all is clear with your mammo!
-
Hey Toyful.....I would be willing to sleep in a hammock. so glad you're feeling better today. I'm anxiously awaiting for Sharon and Lisa to get back to let us know how their day was. I'll just wait awhile.............
-
and wait.......
-
This is a little off the subject, but back here in Ireland, this is my St. Patrick's Day tree to match my St. Patty's Day Annie!
-
Awwhhhhh!!!!!! LOVE the tree and Annie!!!
-
I took that picture last week and the tree is now even more decorated, so I will repost a new photo soon! Let's go back to the beach and swim with the sea turtles!
-
OK! Lets do that
-
Gorgous, gorgous, gorgous.
Just home from attending our quilt-club..... now I've gotta run to get my 'project of the day' underway.
sooooooooooooo happy for you Toyful -- about the feeling better part.
Dream how are you holding up??
Hugs to each and all.
-
I'm back! Survived the day. Lisa, hope you did too.
I need to relax on the beach. I'm exhausted.
I hope everyone had a good day. Glad to see Checkum checked in, Toy is feeling a little better and Coonie is preparing for our trip to Hawaii. Yes Faith, you should bottle up some of that energy or yours and share it around.
Coonie, I think this will do us just fine. I do NOT intend to row.
-
Or this.
-
Coonie, even a place to walk the dogs on this one.
-
gaaahhhhh Sharon. I guess I'll paddle. Will this do? I'll be #32
Oh.....glad you're back and A-OK! It's been such a long day. I was fixing to say I must have fell asleep in my hammock, 'cause I didn't remember checkum coming by, but I remember now
-
A boat with GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is neat-ooooohhhh
-
I don't think Toy will let you anchor that thing anywhere NEAR her cottage. #32 I mean, not my grassy yacht. I'll pick you up Coonie. We don't want to embarrass the poor girl.
-
heheee good luck getting that yacht down the Red River Sharon
That's the closest body of water for me.....or I could go a little ways to the Mississippi River
-
You can take #32 out to meet me I guess.
-
Can you imagine the muscle you would build up paddeling or rowing all that distance. I will take the boat with the grass even though I will leave chico at home. I can play golf on the grass or have a picnic. I want to swim with the dolphins.
Hope all is well today, thankful for each baby step toyful takes to feel better.
-
This will be our Toy in a few weeks............
-
Hi Beachettes...
I just got home from my Mammo...and they gave me a thumbs up..so I went across the street and took these pictures...
So they made my day....
-
Wow Lisa. SO glad you got the thumbs up. Way to go girl.
Those pics. Once again...............amazing!!!
-
Today's photo assembly is awesome! Remember I am new to the beach...Lisa do you live across the street from THE zoo?
When I went to the acupuncturist today, my chemo nurse friend who helped me out this weekend, was there. (She used to work as a chemo nurse where I currently get treatment, but now she works for an alternative clinic doing chemo there, I don't know if that makes any sense or even matters) She could not believe I was walking around and said I looked 1000% better. She couldn't believe that I could bounce back like that. I still feel essentially bedridden, but it is good to hear that from someone who hasn't seen me since Saturday.
When I got back from the acupuncturist, I wandered around my yard for a few minutes without feeling the urgent need to get in bed. I showed my SO what I am desperate to do in the yard if I was able...hint hint...came inside and hung some St. Patty's ornaments on the tree. But now I am back to bed, heart apounding from all that activity.
When we are in Hawaii, we must go have a picnic here:
-
Coonie--If I look like that girl with the dolphin in a few weeks it will be a bloody miracle! I am as thin as a rail! Well, something to shoot for!
-
Hugs Toy, glad you've had a better day. Sweet dreams and gentle hugs.
-
Toy...I go to the Navy Hospital in San Diego and the Zoo is across the street from it...
sometimes my house feels like a zoo...lol
