beachie bunnies..... i'm settled in up north. snowing, but not treacherous, more like a snow globe.
lots going on tomorrow..... 3 diff schools during the day & a family concert in the evening. hope i can find my way around the countryside. i'm out in the middle of no where.
Thanks again to all for your expressions of support for Norm.
If anyone reading here is willing..... please go to the Prayers Forum and find the thread: 5 New Angels. Today is the first anniversary of the tragic accident that claimed Norm's wife and four children. (She was a BC survivor and he has continued here to garner support.) It's wonderful that so many are posting encouragement and greetings for him. Thank you.

Sweet dreams Faith.

look what popped up
-
SHARON!! I just love you're popping in at the beach and just in time for Lisa to share a whole bucket of Corona AND she's got the limes, too.
Heading back to my little plot (no connection there, unfortunately.)
Hope everyone sleeps well tonight and enjoys each others company.
-
Popping in to say hello. Have a day at the hospital tomorrow for bone meds. Then writing class and then home. I am actually volunteering to be receptionist at Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation on Friday so they can get some meetings and stuff done.
-
Dream, that is nice of you to volunteer your time when I know you don't feel well. Hope things go smoothly at the hospital tomorrow. I want one of those coronas with lime. good nite all. Talk to all tomorrow.

gorgous pictures Mary-Lou, just want to take off my shoes and run on the beach.
passed this on my walk this morning and brought a huge smile to my face
Come join me for some sun and fun. Where are the eats and drinks.
Here they are.
-
What's up, beachie-wonders? For some unknown reason when I turned on my computer to work on tomorrow's power point, it connected to the web??? I guess I'm a 'pirate' on someone's connection. Don't know how long it will hold out??
Love seeing all of the images above.
Take care. Snowing like the dickens. Got to all 3 of my schools today, safely..... my windshield wipers were frozen to the wind-shield this a.m. Joy. Joy. Tonight is the family concert. Don't know how much accumulation is predicted?
Stay warm on the beach -- in the sunshine!
-
Here we are Faith thinking of you under all that snow.
-
Thanks Spar. That's me down by the water's edge!! Looking for cabana boys......... that are willing to scrape off my car for me. LOL. It's a sludgey-salty mess.
-
Hey all, I have no idea how to post pics but I sure enjoy yours. I can feel the sand, hear the waves feel the warmth of the sun and taste Lisa's Corona!!! In reality it's getting cold but not messy like where Faith is. Faith, keep it there please. All I hope for is just below freezing so the 12 paws coming in are clean. Sigh, would love to be on a beach though. Spar, you can walk to the beach? How neat is that.
Hugs all. Cabana boy, another Corona please............
-
Hi all my sweet beach friends...I just came back from the Christmas parade. It was cold but fun. I forgot the camera so didn't get pictures of the little ones. My DIL did, so maybe she will post some and I will copy them later.
-
Wow! How much fun is that picture.....
Sharon, I think it would be great if you became a 'regular' beachie-babe.
So here are some honorary flip-flops:
BTW: I have LOTS of extra pairs, for additional new beach-recruits..... we need some fresh folks to join in the on-going fun and frolic. Maybe we can even teach you how to post pics, to add to the fun? In any case, grab your favorite pair and join the joy we share here.

Technology. Go figure. Last night I had cell phone reception, but not internet.
Tonight I have internet, but no cell phone. Tho I can't send outgoing emails, I can receive them???
This is a strange little corner of the world.
We had 218 attend my concert tonight!! -- well that's how many were signed up, could have ended up with more, once they heard that there was FREE pizza! It was a riot. They wore me out -- what with me waking for the day @ 2:47 this a.m. (Mary Lou I know what ya mean!)
I had drifted back to sleep right as my alarm went off. Don't ya just hate it when that happens?
Tomorrow is teacher training day. We're expecting a full house.
Going to go sleep deeply (I hope and pray.)
Night friends.
-
thinking about the day
wondering what tomorrow will bring
hopefully it will be peace and joy
Good nite my sweet beach friends.
-
Good Morning ( 3:24 am ) I have been asleep for a good while, went to bed early. I'm going to try and go back and sleep some more.
We have guest coming....I must clean
Family room is off limits, crafts are still in piles. The week has been to busy.
-
Thanks for the flop flops Faith. Very stylish. Mary Lou, I'm going to assume the above pic is the sunrising. Beautiful. I need to feel the warmth after taking the dogs out this morning. Digging my feet in the sand and enjoying the first cup of tea of the day. Happy beach combing today ladies. Hopefully we all find a treasure in our day.
-
Glad the flip flops fit, Sharon. You're welcome, indeed!!
My car looks like it's encased in a block of ice. Must allow enough time to melt it out. LOL
Have a great day..... maybe I'll splash you later tonight??
-
Time to check in again. I know I missed by many. I brought my own flipflops today.
What a lovely day for a ride by the beach. Anyone want to join me?
-
-
Spar you have a PM....
-
Got it Mary-Lou, thank you. You are such a sweetheart. I hope you have enjoyed your day.
I was busy on my beach walk today, took me awhile to get all these made. LOL
Peace on the beach.
-
Safely to my destination. Made a stop at the outlet mall on the way............. fun bargains.
So now I can put my feet up and relax. Get caught up here.
hugs all around.........
-
Pull up a chair Faith to my little house by the sea, take your shoes off and sit a spell. Relax your mind and all troubles aside. Catch a deep breath.
-
Hi Faith, Spar, MaryLou, & a Welcome to Sharon.....

-
