    Altho I don't think a breast reduction has jack to do with our breast surgeries, I'd like to clarify that it's not "just" cosmetic surgery.

    It's a real health problem for those with big boobs.  I've worked with some who really needed it and couldn't get it --- just start with back problems, from the neck down and then go on to the other problems caused by it.
