Hi MB, Did you and DH say you went to Lowes in Springville ? I know how to get to Springville !!! DH and I want to go to the Springville auction some Wednesday----If you like flea markets, Its a good one. Maybe we can meet for lunch in Springville someday, unless thats too far for you ???
-
Hey all!
Quickly stopping in to let you all know that I made DVDs of the 'Concert on the Hill' and I have a few extra if anyone is interested! Just PM me your snail mail address and I will get it in the mail to you ASAP!
This is the first time I have used this videocamera and then tried to make a DVD out of it, and I realize now that the software I was been using is not the best. But I think it turned out fairly decent in spite of that, and it includes all the songs we did except for one (which I took out because it was a bit of a train wreck! LOL!)
BMD - how many days until Pinkstock '09? LOL!
*Hugs*
Kristin

MB, did you like the LionBrand FunFetti yarn I sent with Brenda (Naniam)? I was at the local Dollar Tree and they have more of it in stock. I may check into attending next year. It looks like my son may be moving to the Buffalo area and it would give me another reason to come North.
Sheila
-
Kristin,
Please let me know how much money to send for the DVD.
Thanks, Madison
-
No reimbursement needed, Madison! (Although I appreciate the offer.) I am happy to do it for anyone who wants one, just PM me your address! They are already made, so it is no trouble to stick them in an envelope and send them out!
-
MB-Is my dh suppose to be sending you pictures of a car? Oh, and when do we start the Pinkstock 2009 thread LOL?
Madison-I wish Louisanna was in our driving route to the hill. I want to see that big Ol'House of yours.
-
Sheila, loved the yarn... thanks...
BMD, I think Tim had email of your neighbor?.. he sent an email asking for pictures,..lol.. wondering if your neighbor was awake enough to remember, it was about 7:30 am here...lol
Barb.. Springville isn't too far for me.. never been to an auction.. DH works but I'd love to meet, unless we do it soon.. maybe he can get time off before school starts...
call me..
OK its not too soon to start counting down..
hugs all

Um, is it too early to inquire about Pinkstock 2009?
I have to 'bid' for my 2009/2010 vacation NOW and I'd like to plan the week off if there is a Pinkstock 2009. I can definitely attend, with Avery in tow, if I have the dates. Any info???
-
Mary Beth??????
-
Hi Brenda, how are you? I'm ready for pinkstock, how bout you ? I can't wait---I need it to be summer NOW !!
-
I need it to be summer too!!!
I am counting the days as well and will be there with Nate in tow.
Do you have a date MB? I can come early to help this year as I will be off for the summer (no school...yippee)
-
If this is in the summer ---- I would be interested. I have surgery scheduled in February, so I think by spring I should be doing pretty good.
Has a place been decided? Depending on how many attend - there is a nice farm near me that offers a gathering place - of course that is in NH, so I am not too sure how people feel about the location.
-
My 30 class reunion is scheduled for the week-end of July 12. Away we can work it in around that week-end. I could make the trek to New York for a visit with the family, reunion and Pinkstock. That is MB is ready and willing.
Hey Barb. Yep I am ready. I need to plan way ahead though if I am going to make this happen. It's not like I can just drive there in a couple hours. California is a long way away.
-
Hi everyone. Count us in too!
-
Driving or flying Odalys?
-
Definitely driving. We love road trips. Where has the new year gone? I can't believe it's already Jan 9th. Soon it will be time for you to start the count down again. LOL
-
Odalys-I am sure you said you were flying after last year's drive.
-
Honestly, it wasn't so much the drive but the fact that we were so rushed and had no idea how long it would take us to get there, that was stressful! Not doing that again. This time we will take our time, know exactly how to get there, and will book a hotel early. You know, this city slicker doesn't do campingvery well. LOL
Purple MB - We love you. DH is always mentioning you guys and saying how much he would enjoy living closer so he could share his passion for cars.
-
ok you funny ladies.. lets keep just one thread this year move on over to 2009...
-
Hey ~ Any original Pinkstocker's still hanging out here?
I'm back after a hiatus because I am NED no more.....
Janis
-
Okay, so clearly no one I 'knew' from years ago is still around/posting.
I'm not much here myself but do to a new primary I'm back (after 13 years NED) and trying to reconnect.
Avery and I are moving just south of Atlanta. She's almost 12!!! I swear I still have some baby gifts from ya'll.
My home is open to anyone, just give me some notice, we have the space and I always have refreshments.
I so wish my work schedule would have allowed me (us) to attend Pinkstock all those years ago.....
Janis
