Big Brother 8

The season wasn't set up fairly. One person, Eric, was playing with his hands tied behind his back, since he had to do what America wanted. And then you had the father-daughter alliance. While they may have been estranged when they entered the house, when it comes to $500k, blood is thicker than water. So you have a pairing of Dick and Danielle while everyone else was playing solo. It's no wonder that the Donatos are two of the last four.
-
If it comes down to dick and danielle, you know dick will let her win, so he walks out looking like the good guy-- when in truth, he failed at being a dad

Anything going on in the live feeds?
-
I just don't want to see both Dick and Danielle in the final 2. I can't stand either of them and I don't think the jury will vote for one of them if only one is in the final 2.
-
If it came down to danielle and zach, I'd still want danielle to win. I think this girl had a crummy dad growing up, and at the beginning of bb8, she was not happy about being with him. I think it was good that in the house she could start to depend on him to have her back, and I hope that when the cameras go away, Dick tries to continue working on his relationship with his daughter.
I wanted her to win from the very beginning of the show, when she started to win all the POV'S and HOH's. I thought she was a strong player from the get go.
I'm not happy with how everything worked out as far as eric and jess, and if Jameka could win HOH and get dick and danielle on the block that would be GREAT!!!
Such a toss up tonight. The MTV vma's are on tonight. I may have to DVR bb8, and catch it later.
-
What's going on in the live feeds?? Anything??
-
omg- we only dvr'd the first 30 minutes!!! someone please tell me what happened!!!!
-
Zach won HOH. Danielle was worried but Dick was confident that they were safe and the only problem would be if Jameka wins POV. But later on Zach and Danielle had a discussion and he made it pretty clear that he probably would nominate both Dick and Danielle. He did. Great speech. Spoke of how much he disliked Dick's tactics thoughout the game but how unfortunately those tactics worked. Talked about how he played along to get to this point, but now he was going to try to get them out. Dick & Danielle were pissed - to say the least. Danielle's comments to the camera suggest that she thinks that she & her father own the game - it was a "how dare Zach do this?", "who does he think he is?" type of attitude. So now it's a question of who wins POV. The battle is on and it's ugly. Fun fun fun.
-
Well, Danielle won the POV. They'll probably show it tonight. I just checked the livefeed update boards and apparently dick and dani are still bashing zach...calling him pervert, stupid, etc. I really don't like these people.
-
thanks girls. we were going crazy trying to figure out who zach nominated.
Well obviouslt danielle will use POV on herself, and zach will have to put up Jameka.
Zach can't vote, cause he's HOH, and Dick, and Jameka are on the block, so is Danielle the only vote????
-
Yup, Jameka is leaving.
-
Well that just SUCKS.
ugh.
and now that zach put up D and D, its going to be all out war.
-
PLEASE let Zack win HOH. I couldn't stand to see the other 2 in the finals together!!!!
-
Zach won part 1 of the HOH. Boy, that was brutal. I have to say that Dick really hung in there.... 7 1/2 hours. Dani slipped off her carrot and cried. Part 2 is today between Dani and Dick.
-
I'm so happy that Zach won Part One of the HOH - at least for the moment there is some hope!!!!
:)
-
If Zack makes it to the final 2, he'll definately win the votes..dani and dick doesn't have anyone on the jury who they haven't pissed off.
However, I know that no one here likes them either, but you've got to admit they made it interesting. I try to remember it's a game, and it's supposed to be entertaining to the viewer, and I can honestly say that I was thoroughly entertained this season.
-
Sandy:
You are so right . . . love 'em or hate 'em, they (the Donatos) have definitely made it entertaining and I do have to say that Danielle has really won her share of the contests - so have to give her credit for that as well.
-
I'm so glad that Zach won the first round..whew! please please please let Zach win hoh, sending Dani home.
-
Anyone know who won the 2nd round??
-
Dick won Part 2. So, its Dick and Zach competing in Part 3.
-
Thanks for the update. Its really coming down to the end.
It was good to see the other house-- losers paradise is right.
-
I think we'll see Part 3 live on tonight's show and then the live eviction.
-
did u see when zach said to ED- danielle carried you...
his comment was lost in ED's yelling rant...
I think there is truth to that statement
-
Beth, I definitely agree that Dani carried ED through much of the game...she has won so many comps that kept him from either being put on the block or voted off. The rest of the house just messed up when he took her off and they voted off Dustin instead of ED. (what were they thinking?)
-
NOOOOOOOOO why oh why did he win HOH
-
I almost turned the tv off, I didn't even want to watch after Zach lost....ARGH!
-
Well, its still better than watching Maggot walk away with the half million on BB6. And they did win comps and manipulate most of the evictions.
-
I DID turn the TV to Are you smarter than a 5th grader. After Zach lost, I didn't even care what happened and I didn't want to watch ED gloat. Guess the show is over because the outcome is the same whichever one of the Donatos wins the money. SIGH
-
I turned the TV off after Zach lost. One thing for sure, he had plenty of opportunity to win, as he and Dick kept answering incorrectly.
I don't believe the outcome is the same no matter who wins now though. I think if Dick wins he will split the money with Danielle, but if Danielle wins, I don't see that happening. I'm not going to watch it, but I will look to see who won after it was over.
Blech!!!
