-
did you cut yourself off for a reason, guitargirl..lol
-
the center is definitely better, guitargirl
-
unfortunately, Im not cut off on my monitor, but I'll delete your version since yours shows me in all my fatness.
-
I checked my calendar and I cannot make it on New Year's Eve day...so go ahead if it is OK with everyone else, I could make it the following weekend
-
Following weekend would probably be better. I went back to the restaurant yesterday because they found my glasses. Had to force myself to have breakfast there again.
-
Glad they found your glasses, where in the heck were they??, I know you just had to force yourself for another breakfast...good for you..lol
Happy Thanksgiving everyone...

-
Hi sisters, so you go without me and get to sit behind the table! I could have covered up my pot! Shoot, love you all anyways, Shirl
-
Hi Ladies,
I keep missing your get-togethers. Have you decided on a December date yet? Have been out of town for last two weeks. My mom died, and we had so much to do. Have to go back to Fresno either the third or fourth week (before Christmas) to finish some legal stuff. If you are meeting after Christmas, I'd love to join you!
Jeanne
-
Jeanne, we haven't really set a date, but I am thinking Jan 8??
-
The 8th is ok for me too - ill be out of town the following weekend?
Lis - how's the dizziness? You have the scan yet? -
I am going to vestibular therapy today, wonder what that is then
the MRI is next week I think..
-
Lisa, what gives? Why all this stuff now? hmmmmm, let me know.
January 8 is fine for me.
I hate missing any of our fun times with our sisters!
Gentle hugs, Shirl
-
Hi Everyone ~ I am in Escondido and would love to get together. I will be finished with chemo at the end of February (if all goes well and I am thinking positively that it will), so mid-March will work for me, but will try and work it out to get together whenever it works out best for everyone. Mid-January would probably work, too, cause I think the date is at the good part of my cyle. Linda
-
so happy to have you join us Linda...we are very loosely knit as you can see...we are pretty much locked into the 8th of Jan next month..keep checking...hugs,
-
next month our lunch bunch will celebrate our fifth year
-
hi san diego ladies! i live in Oceanside ,not sure i knew about this thread, but i have been on BCO for over a year now so who knows. Can anyof you tell me if you had the diep done and if so was it here in cali? I really do not want to go to nola or charleston i want to be home, there has to be a good deip surgeon in this state right?
-
I wish I could help you beacher, but no I don't know of any other than there is one in LA who is good but can't remember names
Hope to see you at one of our Lunches...
-
Beacher one of our San Diego sisters did have her Deip done in LA. It was organized through Kaisier Insurance and she had to do a lot of the work to make it happen. Her results were just beautiful. Unfortunately I can't remember the the particulars and she is not longer with us to answer your questions. I went to see Dr. Gupta in Oceanside who does them but would not do one on me at the time because of my weight. I ended up with a tram that turned out fine but wish I had waited for the deip. Good luck.
