What are gummy bears???? On the confused couch again!!
-
Gummy bears are sorta like soft jelly beans that are in the shape of bears and such.Delicious especially the red ones IMHO.
-
bwahaahaa!
high profile gel boobs = "gummy bears" -
high profile gel boobs = "gummy bears"
REALLY...I want high profile boobs! -
oops......"high profile gel implants"..........
-
looked them up...now I got it!
-
I can't have gummy bears, mine are going to be salty water bears. Does anybody know if they come high profile?? I want high profile. I am so sick of no profile.
-
I've got no profile but don't want more surgery so I guess I'll stick with my "falsies".
-
Can we get that fire a blazin'...start passing around jello shots or something to celebrate Jeannie's good news?...I could use a few for sure...very happy for you Jeannie...
Debbyfive...good to see you; you look "lit"...hahhaha...now's really the time to give Him the wheel, sweetie...
Peggy...how did you get the head and the body of that dancer to be different? Can you get me a hot pic of John Mellencamp back in the day (when he had long hair)...
Rhyme...how did everything go today? I'm waiting...
Ok...anxious night for me...(duh, again)...second opinion consult tomorrow...eager and scared...especially with the new "active" lymph node outside my liver...but I will press on...like any Circle Girl (that gets capitalized btw) would!
Here's the latest (as of today) on our sweet Karen...please let's keep her in the center of our circle of love and raise her up in whatever way you choose:
"Hi everyone...Linda B. from bcmets.org called to tell me she spoke to Sally today, and here's the latest on our sweet Karen:
"Just wanted to fill you in on Karen. I had a really nice conversation with her mom. I actually got through it without crying. She had her priest come today and Karen received a blessing and communion. Her minister from her own church has also been there. Sally said that she wanted to have a priest come while she was still lucid and alert. She is fine when she's awake, but she stopped eating today. Andrew is holding everything in and hasn't cried yet. He is going to get counseling when it's all over. His dad came and visited with him and Karen. He apologized to Karen for how things worked out. She has never held a bad feeling about it and of course she forgave him. Hopefully he meant it but it did make Karen feel better. Andrew will be going to live with him eventually and his dad did let him know that he will be welcome, which I was worried about. Please continue to pray for them all, especially Andrew at this point. His 13th birthday is Friday I think so I pray that nothing happens before then."
Linda B.
Please continue to pray...love, Mena...xo -
Praying my heart out...for all sisters, all the time!
-
Oh, Jeannie, it is time to celebrate, celebrate and celebrate some more. That is wonderful.
DebbieFive, Mena, Deese, RobinTn, it really hurts to know that you guys are having some tough days. You are in our heart and prayers always.
I don't know much about Karen, as I haven't been on this board very long. Mena, thanks for the update. I know all that I can do and the best thing to do is lift Karen and her family in prayer.
Rhymeee, are you ok?
Peggy, where oh where do you find this stuff? Now I admit that when I first saw the picture, I am going "did he move?" and waited and sure enough he did!!! I have to agree with Christine though about the face/head.
I don't know about all of you and I like the idea of a cookbook but I think I need a good DIET book. Anyone else getting a large tummy since BC dx and treatment? Between all this food, desserts and drink we are going to have to get another horse just to pull our wagons home!! -
For Mena...
And YES the head doesn't belong to the body...I think the head is someone famous isn't it? And the body has to be to some stupid chippendale dancer or something LOLOL.
Hugs
Peggy -
This is to Wallan so she doesn't feel left out: We don't want that happening here, right? 'Cause we are Circle Girls -- no beginning, no end...
Wallen, re: your question: I pulled my horses out of the air...so either try that or contact No Surrender or Chemosabi or someone who looks like they're in charge hahahha...NS has got someone coming out to do shoes for our equine friends, and I'm pretty sure we have to sign up...also, if you have a favorite color, please specify...
Welcome to the circle, Wallan...you're going to love it here...keep sharing and enjoy the camaraderie...love, Mena...xo -
Been gone for the long weekend and just wanted to let my sisters know I'm back and thinking of you. Hopefully, those of you who are having a hard time lately will find the going a little easier this week.
Margaret -
Hope it was a good one Margaret!
Debbiefive, great to hear from you. You take it real easy, okay!
Mena, we're with you tonight and tomorrow. Even my horse has his legs crossed for you!
Robin, you cracked me up sweetie! Lots of love your way.
Sleep good dear Rhymeee.
Karen and all my sisters, big prayers and good thoughts for each of you.
Denise -
I thought gummy bears were the stick on prosthesis---my bad. They are still amazing looking. Anybody heard from Rhymee?
-
nope.........but i'm banking that she'll be here for breakfast!
-
Just got a PM from Melissa--we are now officially a stickie post for recipes in "Moving Beyond Cancer" so post away. She is hoping it could turn into a real cookbook! Spread the word---my eyeball and I are tired and we are going to bed. But tomorrow is another day.
Peace and blessings,
Jeannie -
rest that eyeball girl!!!!!
congrats on your recipe thread......"you done good" -
Ok, I'm gone for a day and I feel like I have returned to another planet. gummi bear boobs? accordians? colored horse shoes?
Deese, good to hear from you. Hope things went well and you get your results soon. And has Rhymeee checked in yet?
Lord, please bless our friend Karen and her son.
Silvergirl, so glad for your news. that is the best!!!!

Wendy! Absofrigginlutely! We saved you a spot! AND I was out rustling horses all day so there are plenty for you to choose from. I just have to change their brands to the Circle Girl Brand so I don't get hung for horse thievin.
Hey Amy! My sister trains mini horses- you want me to get some for the Circle??
Jeannette is portless! Oh my! oh my! YAY!!!
I am sorry we made such a ruckus in the room today Denise that we distracted the tech and she had to stick you so many times! Can you please whittle us a bar while you are at it?? Praying for GOOD NEWS from you!
MB- If your son would like to be the chef for the Hoedown that would be GREAT!
Robin and Debby- Hello Girls!! SO HAPPY to see you here!
Mena I hope you are doing ok girl.
Thank you for letting us know we have to tighten the circle around Karen. Our prayers and love are with her and all the girls who need our love and strength right now.
Rhymee- waiting on your news!
As Tim Gunn would say "make it work!"
Thank God we are Circle Girls! -
Jeannie- AWESOME news! All the B9 prayers were answered I would be doing the shimmy-shimmy shake in celebration, but all that shakes now is my belly...NOT a good thing ***grin** I am SO happy for you. Get some real rest tonight.
Mena-
Im passing the watermelon jello shots one of my all time favorites. I wont talk about the camping trip where I had a few too many and ended up sleeping under the picnic table in the mud all night.
I was glad to see that Victoria and Debbiefive stopped by for a bit.
My appointment was a VERY long drive in the rain for an uneventful day. I had my last simulation but was unable to get my first zap due to a broken machine. I dont know whether to be happy to have one more free day or superstitious that we are off to a bad start I think Ill just enjoy the unexpected day off tomorrow and be glad to start on Thursday. They said this is only the 4th time all year they have had equipment problems, so I hope things will be back online soon.
No other big news here. Trust me, just have a few of the jello shots. Waking up with mud in your ear is a BAD thing!
Hugs
Deb C. -
Deb - good luck with the rads, hopefully the time will speed by and you'll be finished.
Wendy - welcome home. It sounds like you had a great trip. I am glad you were able to grasp some peace after your dad's memorial.

Well now! You come into the Circle and grab some supper and rest here by the fire! You had a long day girl!!!
-
Wow...all these warm fuzzy feelings...
Lay your head upon my shoulder
Put your worries in my pocket
Rest your love on me awhile
Love that song
Hugs girls,
Peggy
PS: Finished rads Aug 31...my nipple is about to drop off. If it should happen, everyone needs STOP WHAT THEY'RE DOING to look for it....I can sell that sucker on ebay and get a FORTUNE for it!!!! LMAO -
I listened to this song three times today on the drive to Anchorage. The more I hear it, the more I like it. Thought I'd sing it by the fire for you ladies...
Artist: Natasha Bedingfield
Song: Unwritten
I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined
Im just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned
Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
I break tradition, sometimes my tries, are outside the lines
We've been conditioned to not make mistakes, but I can't live that way
Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
But the rest is still unwritten
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten
Hugs,
Deb C. -
