Vickie, the room looks good. We have one room in our home painted in that dark wine color....DH thought I was crazy when I brought the paint home....
Okay, I'm ready for the hoe down....got my crochet needle and yarn....let's get started -
-
Remember this show...they decided to join us...I'm looking for grandpa to see what's for dinner!
-
Dosie do,swing your partner to and fro!! Hey Vickie, I love your living room!! I wish I could be so bold. I'm always afraid I will hate it, but I love yours.
Just got done watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding, At the Hoe-Down". It was too funny. I just talked to DH and told him he has to watch it when he comes home. Come on girls, bottoms up. I am on my 3rd glass of wine after the BIG Martini!! Pardon me if my typing is goofy . -
I have a confession to make....
Square Dancing was part of physical education class when I was in school....
Yep, dosey do, turn your partner, round and round.... -
HEE HAW!!!
-
Jan, I haven't had one glass of wine yet.....wait for me...I'll go pour a double...
-
Madison, I have to confess, it was part of my phys. ed.class too. I forgot that until you posted
-
Vickie, Grandpa said we were having cornbread, red beans, rice and turnip greens (AND MOONSHINE-but don't tell 'cause he doesn't want anyone to find his hiding place for the moonshine)
-
Come on Madison, you're playin' catch up!! Jeez, I can't even type anymore!
-
Jan, I found Grandpa's moonshine...it gonna carry a punch
-
Everyone thought I was nuts to paint it that color and I figured...what the heck...it's paint...can always cover it up. Now everyone loves it...BE BOLD! It actually looks really classy and a bit old fashioned, almost victorian.
Square dancing was part of my phys ed class too!! -
We had moonshine when were in St. Kitts. OMG, thought I would die! We went to a beach bar called the Godfather's. We were trashed for hours!!
-
passing around the moonshine
ok...where the heck is everybody...???? Geez -
I agree, where is everybody????
I mean, are we gonna hav-to (hick-up) drink all of da moonshine? -
Vickie. Now that DH is away, maybe I should paint the bathrooms green. The paint has been in the basement for 2 years. It is a really nice sage green and I have been warning him that I will paint! I need him to help me move the big mirror over the vanity . The room looks great though!!
-
Yo, Beeacches, I'm here!! Pass me the moonshine Vickie! Pretty soon I'll need Cheri's pink porta-potty!
-
WooHoo...pass the moonshine! If I drink that maybe I will be a better dancer...
DebC -

Oh, I mean have fun with us -

Speakin' of hiccup, I choked on my dinner tonight. I do it all the time since chemo. Food gets stuck in my gullet and will not go down. It took me 30 min. to get everything to go down the right pipe!! Of course, there was no one here to smack me on the back!
Hey come on... throw a log on the fire and tune up the fiddles! -
Ya now, DH is sleeping in his chair downstairs 'cause I haven't put the sheets back on the bed since I took them off to wash this morning...seems I have been crocheting all evening...and now drinking moonshine....
-
Speaking of hiccups...I get hiccups every time I eat anything dry like bread or bagels...ever since chemo...is that weird or what? I think it's just a strange side effect but it drives me nuts.
-
Yeah, Deb is here!!! Nice pic!! Is that you? Keep on passing the moonshine around the circle.
Hey, Nicki, Mena, Karen and all the party girls, WHERE ARE YOU??? NS, come on... join us. We will make everything OK! -
HA...we used up a whole page partying all by ourselves...I know a bunch of girls that got some splainin to do in the morning!
-
I think Mazer had a few nips at the corn juice too
