A Shot in the Arm for BC

No, I didn't have positive nodes.  And my margins were clean. As my tumors were that tiny, I was told I didn't qualify for chemo, rads, nor Herceptin. My first oncologist said, and the second one agreed, that I went after the cancer aggresively, and had done enough.  That was two years ago.  This vaccine does work on us early bc people, so I am particularly interested and excited about it, even though it is still in trial.  Trust me, I will push to get that shot if and when it becomes available!  Will be talking to my onc. in July about it.
